Claims (6)

1. Récipient en forme de pot, en particulier seau (1) ou similaire, comportant un couvercle (6) dont le bord (5) peut être relié par accrochage élastique à une bride de fixation (4) formée sur le bord (3) du récipient et débordant vers l'extérieur ou similaire, tandis que dans la position d'accrochage élastique du couvercle (6), une languette (13) formée sur son bord périphérique (5) et débordant vers l'intérieur s'accroche derrière le bord externe de la bride de fixation (4), caractérisé en ce que la languette (13) chevauche à plat et de manière hermétique le bord externe (18) de la bride de fixation (4), et en ce qu'au moins un outil (14) de libération du couvercle (6) est disposé sur le bord (3) du récipient.

Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que comme outil est prévue une patte (14) ou similaire articulée sur le bord (3) du récipient, qui présente un bec de verrouillage (17) ou similaire débordant à l'intérieur du bord (5) du couvercle et qui peut pivoter vers l'extérieur hors de sa position de verrouillage jusque dans une position de libération qui relève et donc libère le bord (5) du couvercle dans cette région.

Récipient selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au voisinage du bec de verrouillage (17), mais en dessous de la languette (13) formée sur le bord (5) du couvercle et débordant vers l'intérieur, sur la face externe (21) de la patte (14) est formé un appui (22) ou similaire débordant vers l'extérieur, sur lequel s'appuie la languette (13) du bord du couvercle dans sa position de libération lors du pivotement de la patte (14) vers l'extérieur.
4. Récipient selon la revendication 2 et/ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la patte (14) est articulée sur le bord (3) du récipient au moyen d'une pellicule charnière (15).
5. Récipient selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le profil de la partie (17) de la patte qui déborde dans le bord (5) du couvercle est identique au profil de la bride de fixation (4) formée sur le bord (3) du récipient et débordant vers l'extérieur.
6. Récipient selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des bords (25) de la patte (14) opposés aux deux bords frontaux (26) voisins des deux extrémités de la bride de fixation (4) est relié à l'extrémité associée (26) de la bride par l'intermédiaire de traverses (27) en matière synthétique à parois minces, servant de scellement d'origine et donc facilement arrachables, ou par l'intermédiaire d'un film de manière synthétique continu.
