Claims (4)
- Zufuhrvorrichtung für einen Stapel (1) von flachen, auf der Kante stehenden Gegenständen, insbesondere Briefen, zu einem Vereinzelungskopf (2), der eine Stützfläche (5) besitzt,a) mit einem Hauptzufuhrmagazin (3), das sich im wesentlichen waagrecht zwischen seinem ersten und zweiten Ende erstreckt und den Stapel (1) von flachen, auf der Kante stehenden Gegenständen empfängt sowie Mittel (4, 10, 12) zum Vorschub der flachen Gegenstände des Stapels zum hinteren Ende mit einer ersten Vorschubgeschwindigkeit enthält,b) mit einem sekundären Zufuhrmagazin (6), das hinter dem Hauptzufuhrmagazin liegt und sich schräg nach oben zwischen seinem vorderen und hinteren Ende erstreckt, wobei dieses sekundäre Magazin ein Paket von flachen, auf der Kante stehenden Gegenständen vom Hauptmagazin empfängt und wobei dieses Paket im allgemeinen kleiner als der Stapel von flachen Gegenständen ist, wobei das sekundäre Magazin Mittel (14, 15, 16) zur Verschiebung der flachen Gegenstände des Pakets zum hinteren Ende mit einer sekundären Vorschubgeschwindigkeit aufweist,c) mit einem dritten Zufuhrmagazin (11), das hinter dem sekundären Magazin liegt und sich im wesentlichen waagrecht zwischen seinem vorderem und seinem hinteren Ende erstreckt, wobei dieses Magazin flache, auf der Kante stehende Gegenstände vom sekundären Magazin empfängt, um sie nacheinander an den Vereinzelungskopf zu liefern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßd) das hintere Ende des Hauptzufuhrmagazins (3) höher als das vordere Ende des sekundären Magazins (6) liegt, um eine erste Fallstufe für die flachen Gegenstände zu bilden, während das vordere Ende des dritten Magazins niedriger als das hintere Ende des sekundären Magazins (6) liegt, um eine sekundäre Fallstufe für die flachen Gegenstände zu erzeugen, so daß die auf der Kante im sekundären Magazin liegenden flachen Gegenstände eine Neigung nach hinten erhalten,e) erste Sonden (D1 und D2) vorgesehen sind, um das Vorliegen oder Nichtvorliegen von flachen Gegenständen im dritten Magazin (11) zu erfassen, sowie zweite Sonden (D3, D4), um eine schräge Lage der flachen Gegenstände im sekundären Magazin (6) zu erfassen, wobei die ersten und zweiten Sonden unabhängig die erste und die zweite Vorschubgeschwindigkeit für die flachen Gegenstände im Haupt- bzw. im sekundären Magazin steuern, so daß ein korrekter Füllgrad im dritten Magazin und eine korrekte Neigung der flachen Gegenstände im sekundären Magazin aufrechterhalten wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, in der die ersten Sonden zwei lichtelektrische Detektoren (D1, D2) besitzen, die im wesentlichen senkrecht übereinander in der Nähe des hinteren Endes des dritten Magazins liegen, und die zweiten Sonden zwei lichtelektrische Detektoren (D3, D4) besitzen, die im wesentlichen waagrecht nebeneinander in der Nähe des hinteren Endes des sekundären Magazins liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, in der das dritte Magazin mindestens eine Rolle (8) besitzt, die in Drehung versetzt wird, um die flachen Gegenstände vom vorderen Ende zum hinteren Ende des dritten Magazins zu verschieben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die außerdem eine Blasrampe (9) oberhalb des dritten Magazins besitzt, um die im dritten Magazin befindlichen flachen Gegenstände aufzufächern.
