Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Versorgung mit flachen Gegenständen, umfassend
ein Versorgungsmagazin (1), in dem flache Gegenstände gestapelt auf einer Kante gemäß einer ersten Förderrichtung (A) verlagert werden,
ein Trennmittel (3) zum Trennen eines vordersten flachen Gegenstands des Stapels von dem Rest des Stapels und zum Antreiben desselben gemäß einer im Wesentlichen zu der ersten Förderrichtung (A) senkrechten zweiten Förderrichtung (B), ein Abstapelmittel (10), das einen im Abstapeln begriffenen, von dem Stapel getrennten flachen Gegenstand übernimmt, um diesen gemäß der zweiten Förderrichtung (B) bis zu einem Eingang eines Förderers zu verbringen, und ein Haltemittel (13), das auf den im Abstapeln begriffenen flachen Gegenstand eine Haltekraft (FR) ausübt, die seiner Verlagerung in Richtung des Förderers entgegengerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Trennmittel (3) konische Wälzkörper (7), die gerade an einer Vorderseite des Versorgungsmagazins (1) angeordnet sind, welche mit dem Spiel einer beweglichen Klappe (8) dazu dienen, eine Überlagerung zu realisieren, und ein motorisiertes, perforiertes Band (4), das gemäß der zweiten Förderrichtung (B) entlang eines vertikalen Abdeckteils (5) verlagerbar ist und das mit einer oder mehreren Saugdüse(n) (6) zusammenwirkt zum Verlagern der flachen Gegenstände gemäß der zweiten Förderrichtung (B) bei schwacher Geschwindigkeit, aufweist,
dass das Abstapelmittel (10) von dem Trennmittel (3) gemäß der zweiten Förderrichtung (B) durch einen Abschnitt eines Bandförderers (9) getrennt ist, der einen Korridor mit einer Länge, die zumindest gleich der maximalen Länge eines flachen Gegenstands ist, bildet, und der die flachen Gegenstände auf einer Fläche, in regelmäßiger Überlappung des einen mit dem nächsten, durch Reibung gemäß der Förderrichtung (B) verlagert,
dass das Haltemittel (13) dem Abstapelmittel (10) gegenüberliegend vorgesehen ist,
dass das Abstapelmittel (10) ein perforiertes Band (11) umfasst, das mit hoher Geschwindigkeit verlagerbar ist und das mit zwei mittels Elektroventilen versorgten und entlang der zweiten Förderrichtung (B) angeordneten Saugdüsen (12) zusammenwirkt, um eine senkrecht zu der zweiten Förderrichtung (B) orientierte ersten Anziehungskraft (FA) auf eine Fläche eines dem Band (11) zugekehrten flachen Gegenstands auszuüben, um diesen gegen das Band (11) anzulegen,
dass das Haltemittel (13) zwei Saugdüsen (13) umfasst, die jeweils den zwei Düsen (12) des Abstapelmittels zugekehrt sind und die mittels Elektroventilen versorgt werden zum Ausüben einer zweiten Anziehungskraft (FR), die der ersten Anziehungskraft (FA) entgegengesetzt und im Wesentlichen koaxial zu dieser ist, wobei die zweite, durch die Düsen (13) des Haltemittels ausgeübte Anziehungskraft geringer ist als diejenige, die durch die Düsen (12) des Abstapelmittels ausgeübt wird,
dass ein erster Durchgangssensor (14) zwischen den Düsen (12) des Abstapelmittels angeordnet ist und ein zweiter Durchgangssensor (14) den Düsen des Abstapelmittels gemäß der Förderrichtung (B) nachgelagert angeordnet ist, um die Düse (12) des Abstapelmittels und die Düse (13) des gemäß der Förderrichtung (B) am weitesten stromaufwärts angeordneten Haltemittels zum Ansaugen zu betätigen, wenn der Durchgang eines flachen Gegenstands durch den ersten Sensor (14) erfasst wird, wodurch diese zur gleichen Zeit zwei entgegengesetzte Anziehungskräfte ausüben, und um anschließend die gemäß der Förderrichtung (B) am weitesten stromabwärts gelegenen Düsen (12, 13), die dem Abstapelmittel gegenüberliegende und die des Haltemittels, zu betätigen, wenn der Durchgang des flachen Gegenstands durch den zweiten Sensor (14) erfasst wird, während das Ansaugen der am weitesten stromaufwärts angeordneten Düse (12) des Abstapelmittels gestoppt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (13) ausgebildet ist zum Ausüben der Haltekraft (FR) in diskontinuierlicher Weise.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (13) beweglich auf einem teleskopierbaren Arm montiert ist zum Anpassen der Haltekraft (FR) in Funktion der Dicke des flachen Gegenstands.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (13) ein Haltemittel durch Reibung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Abstapelmittel (10) und das Haltemittel (13) durch einen schalldämpfenden Deckel (17) bedeckt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmittel (3) angeordnet ist zum Positionieren mehrerer benachbarter, sich überlappender oder sich überlagernder flacher Gegenstände gemäß der zweiten Förderrichtung (B).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die langsame Verlagerungsgeschwindigkeit in der Größenordnung von 0,5 m/s und die hohe Verlagerungsgeschwindigkeit in der Größenordnung von 2,5 m/s beträgt.
- Postsortiermaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung zum Versorgen mit postalischem Sendungen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
