Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zum Trennen und Transportieren von Einheiten aus bedruckten Bögen (C), die im Hinblick auf ihre, insbesondere durch Umreifung erfolgende Verpackung gestapelt sind, wobei die besagten Bögen (C) horizontal von oben nach unten gestapelt werden,
    wobei in diesem Verfahren ein Anpreßwagen (7) so zugeführt wird, daß sein vorderer Teil (8) an der Vorderseite der in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit anliegt, deren Vorderseite an einem entfernbaren Teil (6b) einer Trennvorrichtung anliegt, die zwei entfernbare Teile (6a, 6b) umfaßt, und sein hinterer Teil (9) sich unter der in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit aus gestapelten Bögen (C) befindet, wobei der Antrieb zur Bewegung des Anpreßwagens durch einen Bediener entweder manuell oder durch Ansteuerung seiner Betätigung erfolgt,
    wobei der besagte entfernbare Teil (6b) der Trennvorrichtung unter der in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit zurückgezogen wird,
    wobei unterhalb der in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit eine Beabstandung zwischen zwei Rücken von zwei benachbarten Bögen innerhalb der besagten in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit ausgelöst wird und in die besagte Beabstandung die zwei entfernbaren Teile (6a, 6b) der Trennvorrichtung eingesetzt werden, wenn sich die besagte Trennvorrichtung in Übereinstimmung mit dem hinteren Teil des Anpreßwagens (7) befindet,
    wobei das hintere Ende der so gebildeten Einheit aus gestapelten Bögen (C) vom Ende der in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit entfernt wird, indem die beiden entfernbaren Teile (6a, 6b) der Trennvorrichtung entfernt werden,
    wobei in die Beabstandung ein Element (9a) des hinteren Teils (9) des Anpreßwagens (7) eingesetzt wird,
    wobei unter der Einheit der entfernbare Teil (6a) der Trennvorrichtung auf der Seite der gebildeten Einheit zurückgezogen wird,
    wobei die besagte gebildete Einheit mit dem Anpreßwagen (7) abgeführt wird, wobei der Antrieb zur Bewegung des Anpreßwagens durch einen Bediener entweder manuell oder durch Ansteuerung seiner Betätigung erfolgt, und
    wobei der andere entfernbare Teil (6b) der Trennvorrichtung in Anschlag an der Vorderseite der in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit belassen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Zwischenraum zwischen dem besagten Element (9a) des hinteren Teils (9) des Anpreßwagens (7) und dem entfernbaren Teil (6a) der Trennvorrichtung auf der Seite der gebildeten Einheit geschaffen wird, in den eine Halteplatte zum Halten des hinteren Endes der gebildeten Einheit eingesetzt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Halteplatte (10) zum Halten des vorderen Endes einer in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit zwischen dem entfernbaren Teil (6b) der Trennvorrichtung auf der Seite der in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit und dem vorderen Teil (8) des Anpreßwagens (7) eingesetzt wird.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Ausführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, umfassend:
    eine Fördereinrichtung (1) für die Zuführung der bedruckten Bögen,
    einen horizontalen Stapelkopf (2) zur Stapelung der Bögen,
    einen Stapeltisch (3), auf dem die Bögen (C) auf dem Rücken aufliegen,
    eine Trenneinrichtung zur Trennung einer Einheit aus gestapelten Bögen mit einer Trennvorrichtung, die auf einem beweglichen Wagen (5) unter dem Stapeltisch (3) angebracht ist und die ein Auslöseorgan für die Beabstandung zwischen zwei Rücken von Bögen (C) und zwei voneinander entfernbare Teilen (6a, 6b) umfaßt, die zwischen zwei Bögen (C) eingesetzt werden können,
    einen beweglichen Anpreßwagen (7) unter dem Stapeltisch (3) mit einem vorderen Teil (8) und einem hinteren Teil (9),
    einen Umreifungstunnel,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anpreßwagen (7) in seiner Bewegung durch den Bediener zu betätigen ist und daß die Trennvorrichtung Mittel umfaßt, um die zwei entfernbaren Teile (6a, 6b) der Trennvorrichtung vorstehend oberhalb und zurückversetzt unterhalb des Stapeltisches (3) unabhängig voneinander anzutreiben, wobei die besagten entfernbaren Teile (6a, 6b) der Trennvorrichtung zusammen in das Innere der in Entstehung begriffenen Einheit eingesetzt werden, wobei die Auslösung der Beabstandung zwischen zwei Bögen bewirkt wird, wenn sich der bewegliche Wagen (5) der Trennvorrichtung unter dem Stapeltisch (3) in Übereinstimmung mit dem hinteren Teil (9) des Anpreßwagens (7) befindet, wobei der entfernbare Teil (6a) der Trennvorrichtung auf der Seite der gebildeten Einheit unter dem Stapeltisch (3) zurückgezogen wird, wenn ein Element (9a) des hinteren Teils (9) des Anpreßwagens in den durch die Beabstandung der Teile (6a, 6b) der Trennvorrichtung gebildeten Zwischenraum eingefahren ist, und wobei der andere entfernbare Teil (6b) der Trennvorrichtung unter dem Stapeltisch (3) zurückgezogen wird, wenn sich der bewegliche Wagen (5) der Trennvorrichtung in Übereinstimmung mit dem vorderen Teil (8) des Anpreßwagens (7) befindet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Wagen (5) der Trennvorrichtung Mittel zur mechanischen Verbindung mit dem Stapeltisch (3) umfaßt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zur Erfassung der Übereinstimmung des beweglichen Wagens (5) der Trennvorrichtung und des hinteren Teils des Anpreßwagens (7) umfaßt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hintere Teil (9) des Anpreßwagens (7) ein unter den Stapeltisch einziehbares Element (9a) umfaßt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anpreßwagen (7) in seiner Bewegung manuell durch den Bediener zu betätigen ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anpreßwagen (7) motorgetrieben ist, wobei seine Betätigung durch den Bediener gesteuert wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anpreßwagen (7) Führungen, um eine gebildete Einheit vom Stapeltisch anzuheben und abzulösen, sowie ein integriertes Zusammendrücksystem umfaßt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Teil (8) des Anpreßwagens (7) und der hintere Teil (9) des Anpreßwagens (7) mechanisch verbunden sind, dergestalt daß eine Einstellung des Abstands zwischen dem besagten vorderen (8) und hinteren Teil (9) ermöglicht wird, wodurch die Länge der Einheit bestimmt wird.
