Applicateur (10) pour masses pâteuses, notamment pistolet de scellement ou appareil similaire comprenant un vérin (13) pouvant être chargé de masses pâteuses et comportant un cylindre délivreur (14), un orifice de déversement (17) à une face extrême (15) située côté déversement, un capuchon vissable amovible (32) en vue du chargement et du déchargement, et un piston d'amenée (18) mobile dans le cylindre délivreur (14), vers l'orifice de déversement, et coopérant de manière étanche avec la paroi (19) du cylindre délivreur (14) ; et un moyen (12) d'avance du piston d'amenée (18), pouvant être relié au vérin délivreur (13), l'applicateur (10) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un système (11) à remplacement rapide, ce pour quoi le vérin (13), renfermant le contenu du cylindre, peut être relié au moyen d'avance (12) de manière interchangeable, avec le cylindre (14) et le piston d'amenée (18), par l'intermédiaire d'une solidarisation rapide (20), et un organe (23) d'actionnement du moyen d'avance (12) peut être dissocié d'avec le vérin (13), conjointement audit moyen d'avance (12), par l'intermédiaire de la solidarisation rapide libérable (20), caractérisé par le fait que le vérin (13) est conçu pour recevoir, de manière étanche, des pochons souples renfermant la masse pâteuse, et un arrêt (21), empêchant une extraction, est prévu à la face extrême (16) du vérin (13) pouvant être reliée au moyen d'avance (12).
  2. Applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que plusieurs vérins (13) rendus étanches, affectés au moyen d'avance (12), présentent de préférence des tailles différentes et/ou sont chargés de différentes masses pâteuses.
  3. Applicateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre délivreur (14) est chargé d'un pochon souple de préférence transparent, renfermant une masse pâteuse.
  4. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la solidarisation rapide (20) est une solidarisation vissable.
  5. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'avance (12) est réalisé sous la forme d'un dispositif d'avance fonctionnant mécaniquement ou pneumatiquement et équipé d'un dispositif de manoeuvre (29).
  6. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre délivreur (14) est réalisé en un matériau transparent qui est conçu pour des pressions de service atteignant jusqu'à 10 bar, préférentiellement de 4 à 8 bar, et présente notamment une résistance de sûreté à une pression d'au moins 30 bar.
  7. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'arrêt (21), empêchant une extraction, est réalisé sous la forme d'un rétrécissement (22) qui est prévu à l'extrémité dissociable (16) du cylindre délivreur (14), et fait saillie dans le diamètre interne de la paroi intérieure dudit cylindre délivreur (14).
  8. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'arrêt (21), empêchant une extraction, est réalisé sous la forme d'un rebord saillant, vers l'intérieur, à l'extrémité dissociable (16) du cylindre délivreur (14) et ménagé, de préférence, d'un seul tenant avec la paroi (19) dudit cylindre.
  9. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'actionnement (23) est relié durablement au moyen d'avance (12).
  10. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un, de préférence plusieurs vérin(s) est (sont) monté(s) dans un bâti de stockage, notamment un bâti de support muni de casiers.
  11. Applicateur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que le montage a lieu pour l'essentiel dans une position verticale, la face extrême (15) du cylindre, située côté déversement, dépassant de préférence vers le bas.
  12. Vérin (13) pour un applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, muni d'un cylindre délivreur (14) pouvant être chargé d'une masse pâteuse et présentant, à sa face extrême (15) située côté déversement, un orifice obturable de déversement (17) et, à sa face opposée (16), un élément (44) d'accouplement rapide en vue de la liaison rapide avec un dispositif d'avance (12), un élément coulissant (18) d'amenée de la masse pâteuse étant logé dans le cylindre délivreur (14), avec effet d'étanchement, caractérisé par le fait que le vérin (13) est conçu pour recevoir, de manière étanche, des pochons souples renfermant la masse pâteuse, et un arrêt, empêchant une extraction, est prévu à la face extrême (16) dudit vérin (13) pouvant être reliée au dispositif d'avance (12).
  13. Utilisation du vérin (13) selon la revendication 12, en tant que conditionnement de masses pâteuses dissocié du moyen d'avance (12) et destiné, en particulier, à des pochons en feuille souple entamés.
