Claims (10)
- Filtereinrichtung für einen Staubsauger, mit einem Filterbeutel und einer daran befestigten, mit einer Einströmöffnung (12) versehenen Halteplatte (11), und mit einer in ihrer Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Verschlußplatte (13), die in eine die Einströmöffnung (12) der Halteplatte (11) freigebende und abdeckende Stellung bringbar und mit ihren Längskantenbereichen in Führungselementen der Halteplatte (11) geführt ist, wobei die Führungselemente sich im wesentlichen über die Länge der Halteplatte (11) erstrecken, wobei die Halteplatte (11) aus zwei Einzelplatten (11c, 11d) besteht und zwischen diesen beiden Lagen der Halteplatte (11) die Verschlußplatte (13) verschiebbar geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander gegenüberliegenden Längskantenbereiche der beiden Lagen der Halteplatte (11) zur Bildung der Führungselemente für die Verschlußplatte (13) durch Klebung miteinander verbunden sind, und daß der Verbindungsbereich zwischen der Halteplatte (11) und der Verschlußplatte (13) durch mehrere durch Einschnitte gebildete, quer zu den Stirnkanten verlaufende Lamellen (15) gebildet ist, und daß diese Lamellen sich nur über den mittleren Bereich der Halteplatte (11) erstrecken.
- Filtereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Lamellen (15) ein wenig größer ist als der Durchmesser der Einströmöffnung (12).
- Filtereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verschlußplatte (13) in dem dem Verbindungsbereich gegenüberliegenden Bereich wenigstens ein Fingerloch (25) angeordnet ist.
- Filtereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteplatte (11) und die Verschlußplatte (13) aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt gefertigt sind.
- Filtereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagen (11c, 11d) der Halteplatte (11) bereichsweise als Führungszungen (17, 18) ausgebildet sind, die in Verschieberichtung der Verschlußplatte (13) verlaufende, parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Führungsflächen aufweisen, zwischen denen die Verschlußplatte (13) schließend geführt ist.
- Filtereinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungszungen (17, 18) in Verschieberichtung der Verschlußplatte (13) zum Verschließen der Einströmöffnung (12) der Halteplatte gesehen, an der vorderen Querkante der Halteplatte (11) liegen.
- Filtereinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungszungen (17, 18) an der dem Verbindungsbereich gegenüberliegenden Querseite angeordnet sind.
- Filtereinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteplatte (11) an der den Führungszungen (17, 18) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit Rastausnehmungen (21, 22) versehen ist.
- Filtereinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteplatte (11) an der den Führungszungen (17, 18) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit Einführschrägen (23, 24) versehen ist.
- Filtereinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Einzelplatten, vorzugsweise die der Verschlußplatte (13) des einstückigen Zuschnittes abgewandt liegende Einzelplatte (11d), an beiden Stirnseiten mit jeweils einer Klebelasche (29, 30) versehen ist, die nach den Faltvorgängen längs Faltlinien (31, 32) auf die Außenseite der anderen Einzelplatte faltbar sind.
