Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wageneinheit, insbesondere für den Gütertransport, bestehend aus wenigstens zwei unter Einsatz von Puffern und Zugeinrichtungen ständig miteinander verbundenen Wagenelementen, wobei an den Zugeinrichtungen ein mehrere Gelenke mit horizontaler Drehachse enthaltendes Verbindungsgestänge angelenkt ist, durch das die Wagenelemente in Zugrichtung spielfrei und vorzugsweise unter einer geringen Vorspannung der Puffer miteinander kuppelbar sind.The invention relates to a carriage unit, in particular for the transportation of goods, consisting of at least two carriage elements which are permanently connected to one another using buffers and traction devices, wherein a connecting linkage containing a plurality of joints with a horizontal axis of rotation is articulated on the traction devices, by means of which the carriage elements are free of play and preferably in the pulling direction can be coupled to one another with a slight preload.
Eine Wageneinheit mit den vorgenannten Merkmalen ist durch UIC-Kodex 572 VE, 1. Ausgabe vom 01.01.1990, speziell Seite 17 bekannt. Die Wagenelemente sind unter Einsatz von Puffern und Zugeinrichtungen ständig miteinander gekuppelt, d. h. das dazu an den Zugeinrichtungen angelenkte Verbindungsgestänge soll kein Entkuppeln der Wagenelemente im laufenden Betrieb ermöglichen, wobei ein solches Gestänges durch den besagten UIC-Kodex nur umrißlich vorgegeben ist. Aufgrund einer Vielzahl von Wageneinheiten, die zumindest im westeuropäischen Eisenbahnnetz verkehren, gehört weiter ein Verbindungsgestänge zum Stand der Technik, das - entsprechend der grundsätzlichen Gestaltung nach UIC-Kodex - mehrere Gelenke mit jeweils horizontaler Drehachse enthält. Dieses Gestänge kann also wegen seiner Gelenke bei Pufferstößen nach unten ausknicken. Wie sich in der Praxis gezeigt hat, tritt das gewünschte Ausknicken bei besonders großen Stößen anfänglich nicht ein; das Verbindungsgestänge wirkt dann als starres Bauteil zwischen den Zugeinrichtungen der gekuppelten Wageneinheiten, so daß Schäden vor allem im Bereich der wagenseitigen Befestigung der Zugeinrichtungen nicht auszuschließen sind.A car unit with the above-mentioned features is known from UIC Code 572 VE, 1st edition from 01.01.1990, especially page 17. Gemäß Fig. 1 besteht die Wageneinheit aus zwei Wagenelementen 1, 1', von denen jedes einen Puffer 2 aufweist, der gegenüber dem jeweils anderen Wagenelement abgestützt ist. Weiter hat jedes Wagenelement 1, 1' eine Zugeinrichtung 3, die wie üblich im wesentlichen aus einer Feder 3a, einer gabelförmigen Zugstange 3b und einem wagenseitig angeschraubten Stützlager 3c gebildet ist.1, the carriage unit consists of two carriage elements 1, 1 ', each of which has a

Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, hat das Verbindungsgestänge insgesamt vier Gelenke 4a mit horizontaler Drehachse, so daß es bei auftretenden Pufferstößen und damit verbundenen Druckkräften nach unten ausknicken kann. Um diese Knickbewegung zwangsläufig einzuleiten, ist in den beiden Zwischenstücken 4d jeweils ein in Druckrichtung offenes Langloch 4b angeordnet, wobei dieses Langloch 4b gemäß Fig. 3 unter einem Winkel zu der Horizontalebene geneigt ist, die durch die Mitte des zugehörigen Kuppelbolzens 4c verläuft. Bei Druckkräften bewegen sich also die beiden Kuppelbolzen 4c und damit die dortigen Enden der Doppellaschen 4g schräg nach oben, wodurch in den Doppellaschen 4g ein nach unten gerichteter Knickimpuls erzeugt wird.
