Abstract

Aufgrund einer Vielzahl von Wageneinheiten, die zumindest im westeuropäischen Eisenbahnnetz verkehren, gehört weiter ein Verbindungsgestänge zum Stand der Technik, das - entsprechend der grundsätzlichen Gestaltung nach UIC-Kodex - mehrere Gelenke mit jeweils horizontaler Drehachse enthält. Dieses Gestänge kann also wegen seiner Gelenke bei Pufferstößen nach unten ausknicken. Wie sich in der Praxis gezeigt hat, tritt das gewünschte Ausknicken bei besonders großen Stößen anfänglich nicht ein; das Verbindungsgestänge wirkt dann als starres Bauteil zwischen den Zugeinrichtungen der gekuppelten Wageneinheiten, so daß Schäden vor allem im Bereich der wagenseitigen Befestigung der Zugeinrichtungen nicht auszuschließen sind.A car unit with the above-mentioned features is known from UIC Code 572 VE, 1st edition from 01.01.1990, especially page 17. Um diese Knickbewegung zwangsläufig einzuleiten, ist in den beiden Zwischenstücken 4d jeweils ein in Druckrichtung offenes Langloch 4b angeordnet, wobei dieses Langloch 4b gemäß Fig. 3 unter einem Winkel zu der Horizontalebene geneigt ist, die durch die Mitte des zugehörigen Kuppelbolzens 4c verläuft. Bei Druckkräften bewegen sich also die beiden Kuppelbolzen 4c und damit die dortigen Enden der Doppellaschen 4g schräg nach oben, wodurch in den Doppellaschen 4g ein nach unten gerichteter Knickimpuls erzeugt wird. Claims (2)
