Claims (7)
- Porte basculante pour conteneur, comprenant au moins un vantail de porte (I;II) profilé articulable sur l'extrémité côté avant du conteneur, sur lequel des tiges de fermeture (3,4) sont maintenues entre un plan de délimitation intérieur formé par le profilage du vantail et un plan de délimitation extérieur du vantail de porte (I;II), le vantail de porte étant doté, vu de sa face externe, d'une ou de plusieurs cavités (1,2), dans lesquelles se trouvent les tiges de verrouillage (3,4), caractérisée en ce que la face externe du vantail de porte est subdivisée par les cavités (1,2) en plusieurs zones longitudinales (11,12) parallèles aux tiges de fermeture (3,4), et plusieurs profilés (13,14) en forme de C ou de U, disposés transversalement aux zones longitudinales du vantail de porte et parallèles entre eux avec un espacement sont prévus à l'intérieur des plans de délimitation intérieur et extérieur du vantail de porte, en ce que les cavités (1,2) sont en forme de U et dans celles-ci sont disposés, pour la fixation des tiges de fermeture (3,4) des plaques goussets (15) avec des tronçons de tuyau (16) maintenus dessus comme guides de coulisse pour les tiges de fermeture, en ce que les tiges de verrouillage portent des bagues d'appui (17,18) fixées respectivement au-dessus et au-dessous de chaque tronçon de tuyau (16) et sont équipées de leviers pivotants et en ce que sur le ventail de porte est maintenu un joint enveloppant le vantail qui, grâce à des lèvres d'étanchéité, est attenant dans la position de fermeture de la porte aux surfaces d'arrêt de la porte du conteneur.

- Porte basculante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, pour la fixation pivotante du vantail de porte (I;II) avec la paroi latérale du conteneur, le bord tourné vers cette paroi du vantail de porte est conçu en retrait et des pattes (20) respectivement alignées avec les profilés (13,14) en forme de C ou U sont fixées sur le vantail de porte (I;II) et dépassent de celui-ci, et sur leurs extrémités (21) libres sont disposés des boulons (21) qui s'engrènent dans des dispositifs de logement (22) en forme de tube ou de manchon et en ce que les assemblages articulés ainsi constitués se situent à l'intérieur de la zone entre le plan de délimitation intérieur et le plan de délimitation extérieur du vantail de porte.
- Porte basculante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le joint (22), dans la position de fermeture du vantail de porte (I;II), est attenant avec trois lèvres d'étanchéité aux surfaces d'arrêt de la porte du conteneur, et en ce que le vantail de porte présente, le long de son bord qui peut être relié par articulation à la paroi latérale du conteneur, une partie coudée (24) perpendiculaire au plan du vantail de porte, sur laquelle est fixée le joint (22) de telle façon que, avec ses lèvres, il est tourné en direction du plan du vantail de porte et vers la paroi latérale du conteneur, alors que les joints dans la zone restante du vantail de porte sont fixés sur des tronçons de paroi en retrait et parallèles au plan du vantail de porte de telle façon que leurs lèvres sont dirigées transversalement au plan du vantail de porte.
- Porte basculante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, pour la fixation basculante du vantail de porte (I;II) avec la paroi latérale du conteneur, il est prévu une double charnière qui a deux axes de rotation (31, 32) verticaux et parallèles.
- Porte basculante selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'un des axes de rotation (31) est attribué de façon fixe à la paroi latérale du conteneur et l'autre axe de rotation (32) au vantail de porte, les deux axes de rotation (31, 32) étant reliés par un élément de charnière (33) commun et pivotant autour de deux axes de rotation et l'élément de charnière (33) permettant ainsi un mouvement de basculement autour de deux axes de rotation (31, 32) par rapport à la paroi latérale du conteneur.
