Claims (9)

  1. Raccord droit en matière plastique pour assembler des profilés intercalaires creux et des profilés creux de croisillons d'un vitrage multiple isolant, pourvu d'un corps plat de forme allongée (1) dont l'une des parties (2) de la longueur s'emboite dans le premier profilé intercalaire et l'autre partie de sa longueur (3) s'emboîte dans l'autre profilé intercalaire, et dont la surface est munie d'au moins un élément de butée (4), lequel, lorsqu'on rentre le raccord dans les profilés intercalaires à relier, se place contre les faces frontales des profilés se faisant face l'une à l'autre, ainsi que de saillies permettant d'augmenter la force de frottement entre la surface du raccord droit et les faces intérieures des parois des profilés, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) du raccord droit présente une section en double T (17) dont les semelles parallèles horizontales (9, 10), reliées entre elles par une entretoise (8), sont en contact avec les faces intérieures des parois des profilés leur faisant face.
  2. Raccord droit selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface supérieure (5) de la semelle supérieure (9) est munie d'une butée (4) réalisé sous la forme d'une nervure s'étendant en travers de l'axe longitudinal du corps (1).
  3. Raccord droit selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la nervure est placée au milieu de la longueur du corps (1) et présente une hauteur de 3/10 de mm.
  4. Raccord droit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface (6) de la semelle inférieure (10) est munie de saillies réalisées sous la forme de nervures (7) parallèles, distantes les unes des autres, et s'étendant en travers de l'axe longitudinal du corps (1).
  5. Raccord droit selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur des nervures (7) augmente depuis les deux extrémités (11, 12) du corps en direction de son milieu, de 1/10 à 2/10 de mm et de 5 µm pour chaque nervure (7).
  6. Raccord droit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) est conçu de manière symétrique par rapport à la ligne le divisant en deux dans le sens de la longueur.
  7. Raccord droit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) présente un contour rectangulaire avec des extrémités (11, 12) légèrement coniques.
  8. Raccord droit selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de conicité α vaut 10°.
  9. Raccord droit selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités extérieures (13-16) des semelles (9, 10) ont une forme conique effilée.
