Claims (8)
- Raccord emboîtable en matière plastique pour relier des profilés creux d'espacement (A, B) de section transversale réduite, pour vitres isolantes à panneaux multiples présentant des trous de perforation poinçonnés dans la membrure transversale des profilés d'espacement qui est tournée vers l'espace interstitiel entre les panneaux, comportant un corps plat allongé dont l'une des extrémités peut être emboîtée dans l'un (A) des profilés d'espacement et dont l'autre extrémité peut être emboîtée dans l'autre profilé d'espacement (B), et dont la surface est munie d'au moins un élément de butée qui est disposé sensiblement au centre du raccord emboîtable et qui, lors de l'insertion dudit raccord emboîtable dans les profilés d'espacement devant être solidarisés, vient se plaquer contre les faces extrêmes desdits profilés ; ainsi que des protubérances destinées à accroître la force de frottement entre la surface du raccord emboîtable et la surface de la paroi intérieure des profilés, comprenant des lamelles élastiques qui sont situées à distance mutuelle sur les côtés longitudinaux parallèles du raccord emboîtable, s'éloignent de l'axe longitudinal du corps, et sont respectivement dirigées vers le centre longitudinal dudit corps du raccord emboîtable, caractérisé par le fait que le corps allongé (2) possède une section transversale configurée en T dont la membrure transversale (3) est dotée, sur sa face supérieure (5), d'au moins une étroite nervure longitudinale (6, 7) disposée de telle sorte qu'elle vienne en prise avec les bords des trous de perforation (8) à l'état intégré du raccord emboîtable (1).
- Raccord emboîtable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la présence de deux nervures longitudinales parallèles (6, 7) séparées, distantes l'une de l'autre, auxquelles se rattachent des lamelles élastiques (11, 12) qui sont agencées avec distance mutuelle, s'éloignent de l'axe longitudinal D du corps allongé (2), sont inclinées par rapport à la direction longitudinale du raccord emboîtable, et sont respectivement dirigées vers le centre longitudinal M dudit corps.
- Raccord emboîtable selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les extrémités intérieures des lamelles élastiques (11, 12) fusionnent, à un même niveau, dans la surface (10) de la face supérieure (21) de la membrure transversale (3), à partir de laquelle les nervures longitudinales (6, 7) se dressent.
- Raccord emboîtable selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que les nervures longitudinales (6, 7) sont plus étroites que l'épaisseur de la membrure verticale (4) de la section transversale configurée en T.
- Raccord emboîtable selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la hauteur des nervures longitudinales (6, 7) est plus petite que la hauteur de la membrure verticale (4) de la section transversale configurée en T.
- Raccord emboîtable selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les extrémités des nervures longitudinales (6, 7) sont biseautées.
- Raccord emboîtable selon l'une des revendications 1-6, caractérisé par le fait qu'un élément de butée (18, 19) respectif se trouve au centre M dudit raccord emboîtable (1), de part et d'autre des côtés longitudinaux (16, 17).
- Raccord emboîtable selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'une nervure transversale (22) sensiblement configurée en Z, située sensiblement au centre M dudit raccord emboîtable (1), relie l'une à l'autre les deux nervures longitudinales (6, 7) et offre un appui aux éléments de butée (18, 19) par ses extrémités latérales.
