Claims (7)
- Raccord enfichable en matière plastique pour relier des profilés creux d'espacement (A, B) et des profilés creux de croisillon d'un vitrage multiple isolant, comportant un corps plat allongé dont l'une des extrémités peut être emboîtée dans l'un (A) des profilés d'espacement et dont l'autre extrémité peut être emboîtée dans l'autre profilé d'espacement (B), et dont la surface est munie d'au moins un élément de butée sensiblement disposé au centre du raccord enfichable, et venant se plaquer contre les côtés frontaux (C, respectivement D) des profilés lors de l'insertion du raccord enfichable dans les profilés d'espacement devant être solidarisés, sachant que le corps allongé possède une section transversale configurée en double T dont les membrures transversales horizontales (2, 3), parallèles à distance, sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une membrure centrale verticale (5) et sont au moins partiellement en contact, à l'état intégré du raccord enfichable, avec les surfaces des parois intérieures des profilés, en vis-à-vis desquelles elles se trouvent, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins l'une des deux membrures transversales (2, 3) présente, au centre de sa longueur, une dépouille (4) qui rend visible la surface des profilés d'espacement (A, B) à l'état solidarisé, dans la région de leurs extrémités comportant les côtés frontaux (C et D), et qui autorise le soudage thermique de ces extrémités, sans entrée en fusion de la matière plastique du raccord enfichable (1).
- Raccord enfichable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la dépouille (4) s'étend jusque dans la membrure centrale verticale (5).
- Raccord enfichable selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la dépouille (4) s'étend sur toute la largeur de l'une des membrures transversales (2, 3).
- Raccord enfichable selon l'une des revendications 1-3, caractérisé par le fait que la dépouille (4) est de configuration rectangulaire.
- Raccord enfichable selon l'une des revendications 1-4, caractérisé par le fait que la largeur de la dépouille (4), mesurée suivant la largeur des membrures, est plus petite que sa longueur mesurée entre les extrémités dudit raccord enfichable.
- Raccord enfichable selon l'une des revendications 1-5, caractérisé par le fait que la dépouille (4) se trouve dans l'une (2) des membrures transversales, et l'élément central de butée (8) se trouve dans l'autre membrure transversale (3).
- Raccord enfichable selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément central de butée (8) se compose de deux languettes de butée (6, 7) qui sont déviées hors de la membrure transversale (3), parmi lesquelles l'une (6) desdites languettes est dirigée vers l'une (11) des extrémités du raccord enfichable (1) par sa surface frontale de butée (9), et l'autre languette (7) est dirigée vers l'autre extrémité (12) dudit raccord enfichable par sa surface frontale de butée (10).
