Claims (9)
- Garniture d'éclairage électrique (1) comprenant un écran antireflets (7) constitué par des bandes de fixation (9) et par des nervures transversales (13), les nervures transversales (13) et les bandes de fixation (9) étant réalisées en une seule pièce, les nervures transversales (13) ayant la forme d'un V dans une vue en coupe transversale, dont les ouvertures font face à la garniture d'éclairage et dont les points de jonction (15) sont disposés grosso modo dans le plan des bandes de fixation (9), caractérisée en ce que les nervures transversales sont, en outre, reliées l'une à l'autre par au moins une nervure de renforcement (17) en forme de V dans une vue en coupe transversale, ladite nervure de renforcement étant insérée dans des évidements (20) en forme de V pratiqués dans les nervures transversales et étant fixée dans cette position au moyen de saillies ou de pattes (22, 24), ces dernières faisant partie d'une ébauche commune pour les nervures transversales et pour les bandes de fixation, et faisant saillie dans et à travers des ouvertures correspondantes (23) pratiquées dans la nervure de renforcement, tout en étant repliées latéralement pour fixer un assemblage ainsi réalisé, en ce que la garniture (1) présente, à ses extrémités, des douilles (2) pour des tubes fluorescents (3) prévus entre ces dernières, qui sont entourés par un réflecteur allongé (4) en forme de coupole ou de cuvette, par exemple en tôle, dont les bords longitudinaux orientés vers le bas sont d'abord repliés par exemple horizontalement vers l'extérieur pour former des âmes (5) et ensuite, en oblique vers le haut et vers l'extérieur pour former des brides de maintien (6), en ce que l'écran antireflets (7) est prévu pour être arrangé dans ladite ouverture (8) pratiquée dans ledit réflecteur (4) et présente, à cet effet, lesdites bandes de fixation (9) qui sont arrangées latéralement en continu et dans le même plan pour venir buter avec des bases (10) faisant mutuellement face auxdites âmes (5) dans une relation plane et parallèle à l'état assemblé, et en ce que lesdites bases (10) sont reliées vers l'extérieur à des brides de recouvrement angulaires (11) correspondant auxdites brides de maintien (6), lesdites brides de recouvrement étant prévues pour venir buter, également dans une relation plane et parallèle, avec lesdites brides de maintien (6) et pour être poussées sur ces dernières à partir de l'une ou l'autre extrémité de la garniture d'éclairage ou de préférence en ligne droite vers le haut à partir du bas, des languettes de verrouillage (12) découpées dans lesdites brides de recouvrement (11) étant prévues pour venir s'accrocher aux brides de maintien (6) éventuellement par une action d'encliquetage en utilisant l'élasticité de matière ou de structure d'au moins un des éléments.
- Garniture d'éclairage électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites nervures transversales (13) sont réalisées en une seule pièce avec lesdites bases (10) et lesdites brides de recouvrement (11)
- Garniture d'éclairage électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les nervures transversales, en position centrale, sont reliées l'une à l'autre par ladite nervure de renforcement (17), les bords longitudinaux libres étant de préférence repliés l'un vers l'autre pour former des brides (18) dans le but de jouer un rôle de renforcement supplémentaire et/ou un rôle de maintien.
- Garniture d'éclairage électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-3, caractérisée en ce que ladite nervure de renforcement est insérée dans les nervures transversales (13), mais de préférence pas jusqu'en leur fond (15), mais en étant plutôt situées avec leur côté inférieur (19), de manière appropriée, quelques centimètres plus haut, les nervures transversales et la nervure de renforcement possédant de préférence approximativement la même hauteur, faisant en sorte que la nervure de renforcement fait saillie quelque peu au-dessus des nervures transversales.
- Garniture d'éclairage électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-4, caractérisée en ce que, pour fixer la nervure de renforcement (17), lesdites nervures transversales (13), en position centrale, sont munies desdits évidements ou desdites portions découpées (20) en forme de V, dont les bords latéraux (21) présentent lesdites saillies (22) procurées pour pénétrer dans lesdites ouvertures (23) par exemple en forme de fentes pratiquées dans la nervure de renforcement et pour être repliées latéralement sur le côté interne de la nervure de renforcement dans le but de fixer la nervure de renforcement aux nervures transversales.
- Garniture d'éclairage électrique selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que, à partir du fond desdits évidements (20), fait saillie une languette (24) qui est prévue pour s'étendre à travers un trou (25), par exemple rectangulaire, pratiqué dans le fond de la nervure de renforcement, contre le côté interne ou le côté supérieur de laquelle lesdites pattes doivent être repliées en direction latérale lors de leur insertion.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un écran antireflets (7) pour une garniture d'éclairage électrique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, ledit écran antireflets étant constitué par des bandes de fixation (9) et par des nervures transversales (13), les nervures transversales (13) et les bandes de fixation étant réalisées à partir d'une ébauche (30) en une seule pièce, qui est munie des portions découpées ou perforées nécessaires, le modèle de découpe ou de perforation étant répété pour obtenir des longueurs infinies, en ce que, au cours de l'opération de découpe ou de perforation, les parties de l'ébauche destinées aux nervures transversales sont pliées autour de lignes de base (26) et les parties de l'ébauche destinées aux bandes de fixation sont pliées autour de lignes de pliage (27), ladite ébauche étant de préférence munie, à n'importe quel stade, de portions découpées (12) pratiquées dans les brides de recouvrement (11), lesdites portions découpées étant alors repliées vers l'intérieur pour former des languettes de verrouillage (12), et en ce qu'une ébauche destinée à une nervure de renforcement (17) est munie de portions découpées ou perforées qui sont repliées pour former une nervure de renforcement que l'on fixe alors aux nervures transversales.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche (30) pour les nervures transversales et pour les bandes de fixation, ainsi que l'ébauche pour la nervure de renforcement (17) sont pliées de telle sorte que les nervures transversales (13) et/ou la nervure de renforcement (17), avant leur assemblage, présentent des cornières à paires d'ailes qui diffèrent de cornières correspondantes à l'état assemblé, si bien que, au cours de l'assemblage, lesdites ailes sont forcées en position avec une certaine tension ou une certaine élasticité de structure, c'est-à-dire à l'encontre d'un certain effet de ressort pour éviter qu'elles ne volent en éclats et pour procurer une rigidité supplémentaire, les paires d'ailes respectives étant en particulier quelque peu pressées conjointement au cours de l'assemblage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'écran antireflets est réalisé en une matière plastique, les points de jonction des éléments respectifs, en plus dudit verrouillage mutuel via des ouvertures, des évidements et des saillies, ainsi que des languettes pénétrant dans ces derniers, étant soudés l'un à l'autre.
