Claims (9)

  1. Elektrische Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (1) mit einem Blendschutzraster (7) bestehend aus Befestigungsstreifen (9) und Querrippen (13), wobei die Querrippen (13) und die Befestigungsstreifen (9) einstückig ausgeführt sind und die Querrippen (13) im Querschnitt V-Form zeigen mit ihren Öffnungen zur Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gerichtet und ihrem Scheitelpunkt (15) etwa in der Ebene der Befestigungsstreifen (9) gelegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querrippen zusätzlich miteinander verbunden sind durch wenigstens eine im Querschnitt V-förmige Längsstrebe (17), welche in V-förmige Aussparungen (20) in den Querrippen eingebettet und in dieser Lage durch Vorsprünge oder Fahnen (22, 24) gesichert ist, wobei letztere Teile eines gemeinsamen Werkstückes für die Querrippen und die Befestigungsstreifen sind und sich in und durch passende Öffnungen (23) in der Längsstrebe erstrecken und zur Seite gebogen sind zwecks Fixierung der so erhaltenen Montagelage, daß die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung an ihren Enden Sockel (2) für und mit dazwischen angeordneten Leuchtröhren (3) zeigt, die von einem länglichen, schalen- oder trogförmigen Reflektor (4) aus beispielsweise Blechmaterial umgeben sind, wobei die nach unten weisenden Längskanten des Reflektors zunächst z.B. horizontal nach außen gebogen sind, um Stege (5) zu bilden und anschließend schräg nach oben und außen gebogen sind, um durchgehende Halteflansche (6) zu bilden, daß das Blendschutzraster (7) dazu vorgesehen ist, in genannter Öffnung (8) genannten Reflektors (4) angeordnet zu werden und zu diesem Zwekke genannte Befestigungsstreifen (9) zeigt, die seitlich durchlaufend in derselben Ebene angeordnet sind, um mit ihren einander zugewendeten Basen (10) an genannten Stegen (5) in montiertem Zustand planparallel anzuliegen, und daß genannte Basen (10) nach außen sich in Form von abgewinkelten Deckflanschen (11) fortsetzen, welche genannten Halteflanschen (6) entsprechen, welche Deckflansche dazu vorgesehen sind, ebenso planparallel genannte Halteflansche (6) zu beaufschlagen und auf letztere entweder von einem Ende der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung oder bevorzugt gerade nach oben von unten her aufgeschoben zu werden, und daß aus genannten Deckflanschen (11) ausgestanzte Arretierzungen (12) dazu vorgesehen sind, auf genannte Halteflansche (6) gehakt zu werden, eventuell durch Festschnappen unter Anwendung von Material- oder Strukturelastizität von wenigstens einem Teil.
  2. Elektrische Beleuchtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querrippen (13) einstückig mit genanntem Basen (10) und genannten Deckflanschen (11) ausgeführt sind.
  3. Elektrische Beleuchtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querrippen mittig miteinander verbunden sind durch genannte Längsstrebe (17), deren freie Längskanten bevorzugt gegeneinander abgebogen sind, um Flansche (18) zu bilden zwecks Erhalt einer zusätzlichen Versteifungs- und/oder Haltefunktion.
  4. Elektrische Beleuchtungsvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass genannte Längsstrebe in den Querrippen (13) eingebettet ist, jedoch bevorzugt nicht bis nach unten zu deren Boden (15) sondern mit ihrem Boden (19) etwa 1 cm höher gelegen, und daß die Querrippen und die Längsstrebe vorzugsweise etwa die gleiche Höhe besitzen, um die Längsstrebe etwas über die genannten Querrippen vorstehen zu lassen.
  5. Elektrische Beleuchtungsvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Fixierung der Längsstrebe (17) genannte Querrippen (13) z.B. mittig mit genannten V-förmigen Aussparungen oder ausgestanzten Abschnitten (20) versehen sind, deren Seitenkanten (21) genannte Vorsprünge (22) zeigen, die zum Einführen in genannte z.B. schlitzförmige Öffnungen (23) in der Längsstrebe und auf deren Innenseiten zum Abbiegen gegen letztere vorgesehen sind, um die Längsstrebe an den Querrippen zu fixieren.
  6. Elektrische Beleuchtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vom Boden genannter Aussparungen (20) eine Zunge (24) absteht, welche dazu vorgesehen ist, sich durch ein z.B. rechteckförmiges Loch (25) im Boden der Längsstrebe zur erstrecken, und daß die Zungen nach ihrem Einführen dazu vorgesehen sind, gegen die Innenseite oder obere Seite der Längsstrebe seitlich abgebogen zu werden.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Blendschutzrasters (7) für eine elektrische Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, welches Blendschutzraster aus Befestigungsstreifen (9) und Querrippen (13) besteht, wobei diese Teile (9, 13) aus einem zusammenhängenden Werkstück (30) gebildet werden, welches mit den erforderlichen ausgeschnittenen oder ausgestanzten Abschnitten versehen wird, wobei das Schneide- oder Stanzmuster wiederholt wird zwecks Erzielen beliebiger Längen, wobei nach dem Schneide- oder Stanzvorgang die Werkstückteile für die Querrippen um Grundlinien (26) herum und die Werkstückteile für die Befestigungsstreifen um Biegelinien (27) herum gebogen werden, wobei das genannte Werkstück zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt bevorzugt mit ausgeschnittenen Abschnitten (12) in den Deckflanschen (11) versehen wird, welche ausgeschnittenen Abschnitte alsdann nach innen gebogen werden, um Arretierzungen (12) zu bilden, und wobei ein Werkstück für eine Längsstrebe (17) mit ausgeschnittenen oder ausgestanzten Abschnitten versehen wird, welche abgebogen werden, um eine Längsstrebe zu bilden, welche alsdann an den Querrippen befestigt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkstück (30) für die Querrippen und die Befestigungsstreifen sowie das Werkstück für eine Längsstrebe (17) derart gebogen werden, daß die Querrippen (13) und/oder die Längsstrebe (17) vor dem Montieren Schenkelpaarwinkel zeigen, welche von den entsprechenden Winkeln in montiertem Zustand abweichen, so daß während der Montage genannte Schenkel mit einer gewissen Spannung oder Strukturelastizität in ihre Montagelage gezwungen werden, d.h. gegen die Wirkung einer gewissen Federkraft zu Vermeidung von Klappern und Erzielen grösserer Steifigkeit, und daß die betreffenden Schenkelpaare während der Montage insbesondere zusammengepresst werden.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blendschutzraster aus Kunststoff hergestellt wird, und daß die Verbindungsbereiche der betreffenden Teile zusätzlich zu den genannten gegenseitigen Verbindungen über Öffnungen, Aussparungen und Vorsprünge oder Zungen, die sich in vorige hinein erstrecken, miteinander verschweisst werden.
