Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de déclenchement pour signaux pyrotechniques, mécaniques ou électriques à déclencher par des fils à trébucher ou similaires, se composant d'une douille (1, 2) comportant un plateau de déclenchement (3) sur support sphérique à sa tête et d'un dispositif de fixation du fil à trébucher (4, 5, 6, 7) ainsi qu'un mécanisme de percussion pouvant être actionné par des billes (8) et une came de déclenchement (9) et comportant un percuteur (10) commandé par ressort avec une goupille de sécurité (11), caractérisé en ce que:
    a) la came de déclenchement (9) est disposée sur un porte-came (12) contre lequel s'applique coaxialement une goupille conique (13) avec cylindre contigu, qui n'est pas reliée au porte-came (12).
    b) le porte-came (12) et la goupille conique (13) reposent dans un alésage (14) côté tête du percuteur (10).
    c) dans la zone de l'alésage (14) du percuteur, se trouvent des ouvertures traversant la paroi de celui-ci et dans lesdites ouvertures sont disposées deux ou plusieurs billes (8) qui, le ressort (15) étant tendu, s'appliquent contre la surface cylindrique de la goupille conique (13) et maintiennent celle-ci contre la tension du ressort.
    d) le percuteur (10) est entouré du côté de sa tête d'un collet en forme d'entonnoir (16) avec cône s'amincissant en direction du déclenchement, les billes (8) s'appliquent également à la paroi intérieure dudit cône, le dispositif étant tendu, la goupille conique (13) s'appuyant ainsi sur la goupille de sécurité lorsque le dispositif est verrouillé.
  2. Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la douille est subdivisée en une partie inférieure (1) et une partie supérieure (2) et en ce que celles-ci peuvent être raccordées par un filet (17), le collet en forme d'entonnoir étant adapté à la partie inférieure de la douille (1) et portant le filet (17) à l'extérieur.
  3. Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le percuteur (10) comporte une butée (18) portant la pointe du percuteur (19) et en ce que le ressort (15) peut être tendu entre cette butée et un amincissement situé au-dessous de la goupille de sécurité (11) ou de l'alésage de positionnement de cette dernière.
  4. Dispositif de déclenchement selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la goupille de sécurité (11) est bloquée par une goupille fendue (20) ou similaire.
  5. Dispositif de déclenchement selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation du fil de déclenchement comprend un boulon fileté (7) raccordé au plateau de déclenchement (3) et comportant un écrou plat supérieur et un écrou plat inférieur (4, 6), de préférence moletés, une pièce d'écartement (5) étant disposée entre lesdits écrous.
  6. Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'écartement (5) est en matière plastique.
  7. Dispositif de déclenchement selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que la goupille conique (13) comporte un cône à chaque extrémité.
