Claims (7)

  1. Release device for pyrotechnical, mechanical or electrical signals released by trip wires or the like, consisting of a sleeve (1, 2) with release plate (3) mounted spherically on its head and a reception device for the trip wire (4,5,6,7), as well as a striking means, operable by balls (8) and a release cam (9), having a spring-loaded striking pin (10) with locking pin (11), characterised by the following features:
    a) the release cam (9) is arranged on a cam holder (12), against the coaxial lies a tapered pin (13) with cylinder following the cone (13) which is not connected with the cam holder (12),
    b) cam holder (12) and tapered pin (13) lie in a bore (14) on the head of the striking pin (10),
    c) in the region of the bore (14) of the striking pin are present openings passing through its wall in which are arranged two or more balls (8) which, in the tensioned state of the spring (15), lie against the cylindrical surface of tapered pin (13) and hold these against the spring tension,

  2. Release device according to claim 1, characterised in that the sleeve is divided into a lower part (1) and an upper part (2) and these are connectable with one another by a thread (17), whereby the funnel collar is formed on the sleeve lower part (1) and outwardly carries the thread (17).
  3. Release device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the striking pin (10) has a stop (18) which carries the striking pin tip (19) and that, between this and a recess present below the locking pin (11) or its reception bore, the spring (15) is tensible.
  4. Release device according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the locking pin (11) is secured by a split pin (20) or the like.
  5. Release device according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the reception device for the release wire consists of a threaded bolt (7) connected with the release plate (3) which carries an upper and a lower preferably knurled disc nut (4,6), whereby a spacer (5) is arranged between these.
  6. Release device according to claim 5, characterised in that the spacer (5) consists of plastic.
  7. Release device according to at least one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the tapered pin (13) is provided with cones on both ends.
