Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour emballer des bobines métalliques, en particulier des bobines en acier à centre ouvert, comprenant les étapes opératoires ci-après :
    a) On transporte la bobine depuis une cage de laminoir ou depuis un mécanisme de transport de bobines sur un plateau tournant d'une installation d'étirage de feuilles.
    b) Dans l'installation d'étirage de feuilles, on entoure de tous côtés la bobine à l'aide d'une feuille étirable.
    c) Dans une étape opératoire ultérieure qui se déroule de préférence également dans l'installation d'étirage de feuilles, on entoure la bobine en une seule couche sur toute la surface de l'enveloppe de bobine à l'aide d'un emballage lamellaire et en fait, de telle sorte que l'emballage lamellaire fait quelque peu saillie par rapport aux côtés frontaux de la bobine, de préférence entre 100 et 200 mm.
    d) Ensuite, on entoure de tous côtés de préférence la bobine encore toujours dans l'installation d'étirage de feuilles, une nouvelle fois avec une feuille etirable et en fait, en appliquant une tension d'étirage élevée. En l'occurrence, on rompt les extrémités faisant saillie de l'emballage lamellaire en les pliant contre les arêtes externes des côtés frontaux de la bobine et on réalise ainsi une protection des arêtes.
    e) On transporte alors la bobine dans une installation de ligature et on la ligature à cet endroit avec une matière de ligature, en particulier des bandes de serrage constituées d'acier en ruban. En l'occurrence, on fixe l'emballage,
    le procédé étant caractérisé par les particularités ci-après :
    f) Dans l'étape opératoire b) et dans l'étape opératoire d), on entoure la bobine avec la feuille étirable de telle sorte que le centre de la bobine reste ouvert des deux côtés frontaux, tandis que la feuille étirable pénètre quelque peu, de préférence entre 5 et 20 mm, en particulier d'environ 10 à 15 mm dans le centre de la bobine.
    g) Après l'étape opératoire d), mais avant l'étape opératoire e), on met en oeuvre, dans le centre de la bobine contre les deux côtés frontaux, chaque fois un rond interne en matière synthétique ouvert à l'intérieur, qui recouvre chaque côté frontal à la manière d'une bride et de préférence avec une précontrainte sur une largeur déterminée, si bien que, simultanément, la matière de la feuille étirable faisant saillie est pressée sur le côté contre la paroi interne du centre de la bobine et fixée.
    h) Dans l'étape opératoire e), la matière de ligature est guidée à travers le centre de la bobine et les ronds internes sont ainsi en même temps fixés.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape opératoire b), on travaille avec une feuille de protection contre la corrosion, c'est-à-dire une feuille étirable équipée, en particulier enduite, d'un agent de protection contre la corrosion.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour les étapes opératoires b) et d), on travaille avec différents rouleaux de feuilles étirables.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape opératoire c), on travaille de préférence avec au moins deux, de préférence trois emballages lamellaires défilant simultanément et en parallèle, dont la largeur est considérablement inférieure à celle de la bobine, et la largeur totale des emballages lamellaires individuels dépasse la largeur totale de la bobine de la manière prévue.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, après l'étape opératoire b), mais avant l'étape opératoire c), on protège sur toute sa surface la face frontale de la bobine, à l'exception du centre de la de bobine à l'intervention d'un rond plat, de préférence, en fibres dures ou en fibres comprimées.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, après l'étape opératoire d), mais avant l'étape opératoire g), on met en oeuvre dans le centre de la bobine un manchon creux de protection constitué de préférence par des fibres dures ou des fibres comprimées, dont la longueur dépasse de préférence quelque peu la longueur de la bobine.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les ronds internes sont constitués d'une matière synthétique recyclable, en particulier d'une matière recyclable en polyéthylène.
