Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour l'application de rainures de filet sur des arêtes d'un tube polygonal, dans lequel le tube polygonal (5) est déformé sans enlèvement de copeaux par le fait que d'abord un mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) dont la surface externe présente le contour interne d'un tronçon de segments de filet à réaliser est serré à la manière d'un outil auxiliaire depuis l'intérieur contre la paroi du tube polygonal (5), dans lequel ensuite au moins un outil externe (15, 16) qui présente le contour externe d'un tronçon des segments de filet à réaliser est pressé depuis l'extérieur contre des arêtes du tube polygonal (5) dans la zone du mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) de façon que la matière de la paroi du tube polygonal (5) pénètre, dans la zone des arêtes, dans les évidements de la surface externe du mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) et dans lequel, après le façonnage, l'outil externe (15, 16) et le mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) sont retirés des parois du tube et ensuite le tube polygonal (5) est déplacé axialement d'un pas ou d'un multiple de celui-ci par rapport à l'outil externe (15, 16) et au mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14), pour une section du façonnage.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le façonnage sans enlèvement de copeaux a lieu par estampage en creux.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les différentes arêtes du tube polygonal (5) sont façonnées l'une après l'autre.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi du tube est façonnée dans la zone de l'outil externe (15, 16) et du mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) de façon que l'épaisseur de paroi soit approximativement maintenue dans la zone des segments de filet.
  5. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le dispositif présente un dispositif de serrage (4) pour le tube polygonal (5) et un mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14), au moins un de ces éléments (4 ou bien 10, 11, 14) étant guidé de façon à pouvoir être déplacé parallèlement à l'axe du tube polygonal (5), et dans lequel le mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) peut être introduit dans le tube polygonal (5) et peut être expansé en une position appliquée contre la paroi interne du tube polygonal (5) et de plus replié dans une position dans laquelle le contour externe du mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) présente dans la zone des segments de filet des dimensions externes inférieures aux dimensions internes correspondantes du tube polygonal (5).
  6. Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le contour externe du mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) en expansion s'appuie en des endroits opposés l'un de l'autre de la surface interne du tube polygonal (5).
  7. Dispositif suivant la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin expansible (10, 11, 14) présente au moins deux éléments expansibles (10, 11) qui sont articulés à l'extrémité d'une barre creuse (8) qui peut être introduite dans le tube polygonal (5), et entre lesquels il y a un cône (14) qui peut être déplacé dans la direction de l'axe de la barre creuse (8) et qui est fixé à une barre (13) guidée dans la barre creuse (8) pour le déplacement des éléments expansibles (10, 11).
  8. Tube fileté (5) fabriqué par le procédé et par le dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un tube polygonal présente le long de ses arêtes des segments de filet et l'épaisseur de paroi dans la zone de ses segments de filet est sensiblement égale à celle dans la zone de ses parois latérales.
