Abstract
Description
- Schutzeinrichtung für die Türmontage bei Aufzügen inform eines montierbaren Geländers, welches während der Montagezeit der Tür den noch offenen Zugang zum Schacht gegen das Hineinfallen von Personen absichert.
- Bei der Erstellung einer Aufzugsinstallation ist insbesondere der Einbau und das Einrichten der Schachttüren mit einem erheblichen Unfallrisiko verbunden. Die nach dem Rohbau eines Gebäudes bauseitig angebrachten Abschrankungen bei den Schachtöffnungen auf den Stockwerken müssen für den Einbau der Schachttüren und Fronten entfernt werden. Das Montagepersonal arbeitet deshalb eine gewisse Zeit lang an der offenen Schachtöffnung und muss sich mittels (vorgeschriebenen) Sicherheitsmittel (Sicherheitsgurt und Seil) gegen Unfälle schützen. Die Gefahr des möglichen Hineinfallens in den Schacht ist damit aber noch nicht behoben, denn das Hineinfallen in den Schacht im angeseilten Zustand kann immer noch schwerere Verletzungen verursachen.
- Es ist in der US-PS 3 425 165 ein in die Schachttüröffnung einklemmbares Geländer beschrieben, welches dank der einfachen Klemmvorrichtung rasch montiert und demontiert werden kann. Im montierten Zustand ist der Schutz gegen Hineinfallen gewährleistet, weil die, die Schachtöffnung seitlich überragenden Teile unten und oben ein Hineinstossen des Geländers auch bei erheblcher Krafteinwirkung verhindern. Ein unten angebrachtes Sockelblech verhindert zusätzlich das unbeabsichtigte Hineinschieben von Kleinobjekten bei Reinigungsarbeiten auf dem Stockwerkboden. Mittels der Klemmvorrichtung inform des oberen, teleskopartig gegen Federkraft ineinander schiebbaren Querrohres kann das Geländer in einem bestimmten Bereich für verschiedene Türöffnungsbreiten verwendet werden.
- Die etwas widersprüchliche Forderung, dass die Türöffnung während dem Arbeitsprozess der Türinstallation keinen Augenblick unverbarrikadiert sein soll, kann mit der beschriebenen Lösung nicht erfüllt werden, weil für Befestigungsarbeiten an der, der Schachtöffnung angrenzenden Schachtinnenwand das Schutzgeländer zwecks besserer Zugänglichkeit zeitweise entfernt werden muss. Damit sind die Unfallgefahren für das Aufzugspersonal immer noch erheblich.
- Ferner kann das einklemmbare Geländer erst eingesetzt werden, wenn vorher die bauseitig angebrachte Absperrung entfernt wurde.
- Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schutzeinrichtung für die Türmontage bei Aufzügen zu schaffen, welche während dem ganzen Montageprozess der Schachttürinstallation voll wirksam bleibt.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch die in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnete Erfindung gelöst.
- Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass die verwendete Sicherheitseinrichtung während allen Vorbereitungs- und Montagearbeiten im montierten und wirksamen Zustand belassen werden kann. Durch Verschieben des Schutzgeländers in Richtung des Schachtes können mit dieser Einrichtung unter ständiger Beibehaltung der Schutzfunktion der Einrichtung notfalls auch die Arbeiten an der, der Schachtöffnung angrenzenden Schachtinnenwand gefahrlos ausgeführt werden.
- Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, dass auch während dem Verschieben selbst des Schutzgeländers in Schacht- oder umgekehrter Richtung ein unterbrechungsloser Schutz gewährt
- wird. In den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und es zeigen

- Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Schachttüröffnung 3 in einer Frontwand 3.6 sowie ein Stockwerkfussboden 3.1. Die untere Hälfte der Schachttüröffnung ist mit einem Schutzgeländer 1 gegen das Eintreten in den Schacht 3 abgedeckt. Das Schutzgeländer 1 ist via einem linken Geländerfussteil 1.2 und einem rechten Geländerfussteil 1.3 sowie einem linken und rechten, in dieser Figur nicht sichtbaren Lagersupport in einer gestrichelt gezeichneten Schwellenaussparung 3.2 am Boden befestigt.
- Ein in der Fig. 2 gezeigtes Gelenk-Parallelogramm 2 besteht aus dem linken Geländerfussteil 1.2 und schwenkbaren, parallel angeordneten Laschen 2.5, welche mit einem linken Lagersupport 2.1 beweglich verbunden sind. Der Lagersupport 2.1 ist auf einer horizontalen, seitlich zwecks ihrer Versteifung kurzschenklig abgekanteten Grundplatte 2.3 angeschweisst, welche auf der rechten Seite eine vertikale Bohrung 2.8 für eine hier nicht gezeigte Befestigungsschraube aufweist.
- Die Laschen sind in einem beweglichen Support 2.4 in einem unteren Lager 1.21 und in einem oberen Lager 1.22 und im festen Support 2.1 in einem unteren Lager 2.11 und in einem oberen Lager 2.12 drehbar gehalten. In der voll ausgezogen gezeichneten Position A ist das Schutzgeländer 1 in Richtung Schacht 3 geschwenkt und wird in dieser Position von einer Anschlagplatte 2.6 gehalten, welche an der linken oberen Schmalseite der oberen Lasche 2.5 anliegt. Die gestrichelt gezeichnete Position B zeigt die Anordnung in einer um 180° nach rechts, in Richtung Stockwerkboden 3.1 geschwenkten Position. In der Position B wird die Anordnung wieder mittels der Anschlagplatte 2.6 und der oberen Lasche 2.5 gehalten. Die Schwenkbewegung erfolgt entlang der gestrichelt gezeichneten Kreisbögen und bewirkt eine Horizontalverschiebung des Schutzgeländers 1 um den Betrag X. Der Betrag X entspricht der doppelten Länge der Achsdistanz einer Lasche 2.5. Die untere Lasche 2.5 ist vorderseitig und die obere Lasche 2.5 ist hinterseitig am festen Support 2.1 und am beweglichen Support 2.4 angebracht, wodurch erst die kollisionsfreie 180°-Bewegung des Gelenk-Parallelogrammes ermöglicht wird.
- Die Fig. 3 zeigt eine Frontansicht des Schutzgeländers 1, welches beispielsweise als Schweisskonstruktion mit entsprechenden vertikal und horizontal angeordneten Rohren 1.1 gebaut ist. Je am unteren Ende des rechten und mittleren vertikalen Rohres 1.1 ist via Anschlagplatte 2.6 bezw. 2.7 das Geländerfussteil 1.2 bezw. 1.3 angeschweisst. Mit den Fig. 4 bis 8 wird die Funktion der Einrichtung in fünf Folgeschritten illustriert. In der Fig. 4 ist die Schachttüröffnung 3 mit einem unteren Querbalken 3.4 und einem oberen Querbalken 3.5 bauseitig provisorisch verbarrikadiert. In der Schwellenaussparung 3.2 ist ein Türsupport 3.3 inform eines schachtseitig kurzschenklig nach oben abgekanteten Profilbleches montiert, was ohne Entfernen der Querbalken 3.4 und 3.5 erfolgen konnte. Ein Hilfslot 4.1 bezeichnet die Mitte des einzubauenden Türelementes. Es wird eine Distanz Y zwischen Lotlinie und vertikalem Schenkel des Türsupportes 3.3 eingestellt. Der Türsupport 3.3 ist an vorgängig im Boden verankerten Schraubbolzen 3.7 angeschraubt. In der Fig. 5 ist das montierte Schutzgeländer 1 gezeigt, welches via Bodenplatten 2.3/2.4 und den Bohrungen 2.8 direkt an den Schraubbolzen 3.7 am Boden der Schwellenaussparung 3.2, oder an separaten, nicht dargestellten Schraubbolzen auf dem Türsupport 3.3 fest angeschraubt wird. Nach dieser Befestigungsoperation können die Querbalken 3.4/3.5, welche bis jetzt die Schachttüröffnung verbarrikadiert haben, entfernt werden. Das Gelenkparallelogramm 2 ist auf die rechte Seite in Richtung Stockwerk geschwenkt und kollidiert so nicht mit den noch eingesetzten Querbalken 3.4/3.5. Beim nächsten Schritt nach Fig. 6 ist das Gelenkparallelogramm 2 auf die linke Seite in Richtung Schacht 4 geschwenkt und das Schutzgeländer 1 gibt die seitliche Innenseite der Schachttüröffnung 3 für die Montage eines Türbefestigungsprofiles 5 frei. Durch leichtes Hineinlehnen in den Schacht 3 können, falls erforderlich, bei dieser Position des Schutzgeländers 1 weitere Vorbereitungsarbeiten und/oder Montagearbeiten an der, der Schachttüröffnung 3 direkt angrenzenden Schachtinnenwand gefahrlos ausgeführt werden. Gemäss Fig. 7 wird nun eine Schachttürbaugruppe 6 mit einem Hebezeug 7 zur aktuellen Schachttüröffnung 3 gebracht. Durch Umschwenken auf die Stockwerkseite des Gelenkparallelogrammes 2 kann, gemäss Fig. 8 die Schachttürbaugruppe 6 an den vorbereiteten Platz gesetzt und dort befestigt werden. So bald die Schachttür geschlossen ist, kann das Schutzgeländer 1 entfernt werden, nach dem während der ganzen Schachttürmontage ohne Unterbrechung ein Schutz gegen Hineinfallen von Personen in den Liftschacht vorhanden war.
- Durch das Gelenkparallelogramm 2 ist es möglich, das
Schutzgeländer 1 ohne dessen Entfernung auf zwei verschiedene, der jeweils erforderten Zugänglichkeit für die entsprechenden Arbeiten dienende, Positionen zu setzen. - In einer weitergebildeten Form weist das Schutzgeländer 1 gemäss Fig. 9 eine Verstelleinrichtung 11 auf, mit welcher das Schutzgeländer 1 auf verschiedene Oeffnungsbreiten angepasst werden kann. Ein linker Teil 8 weist in seinen Horizontalrohren 8.1 in regelmässigen Abständen Querlöcher 8.2 auf und kann in Horizontalrohre 9 des rechten Teils hineingeschoben und bei der gewünschten Breite mittels nicht dargestellten gegen Herausfallen gesicherten Sicherheitsbolzen bei den Querbohrungen 10 arretiert werden.
- Eine Anordnung in schematischer Darstellung gemäss Fig. 10 weist ein Zusatzgelenk 11 auf, bestehend aus einem am Schutzgeländer 1 waagrecht nach rechts vorstehenden Ausleger 10, welcher an seinem rechten Ende ein Lager 10.1 aufweist, einer Gelenklasche 9 und einem vertikalen Zusatzsupport 8, welcher an seinem oberen Ende ein Lager 8.1 aufweist. Wenn sich bei der Schwenkbewegung des Schutzgeländers 1 die Parallelogramm-Gelenklaschen 2.5 momentan in vertikaler
Stellung befinden (Position C), wird mit dieser Anordnung eine zusätzliche Stabilisierung erreicht. Die beiden Geländerfussteile 1.2, 1.3 weisen für alle Geländerausführungen den gleichen Abstand Z zueinander auf. Das hat zum Zweck, dass auch die Löcher für die Schraubbolzen 3.7 in der Schwellenaussparung 3.2 für alle Oeffnungsbreiten mit dem gleichen Abstand Z und dementsprechend auch mit ein und derselben Bohrlehre gebohrt werden können.
Claims (6)
- Schutzeinrichtung für die Türmontage bei Aufzügen inform eines montierbaren Geländers, welches während der Montagezeit der Tür den noch offenen Zugang zum Schacht gegen das Hineinfallen von Personen in den Schacht absichert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Schutzgeländer 1 mindestens ein, dessen horizontale Positionsveränderung um den doppelten Betrag des Abstandes von Lagern 1.22/ 2.12 bezw. 1.21/2.11 einer Parallelogrammlasche 2.5 in Richtung zu und von einem Schacht 4 ermöglichendes, Gelenkparallelogramm 2 aufweist. - Schutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichet,
dass Geländerfussteile 1.2 und 1.3 und Gelenkparallelogramme 2 für verschiedene Türöffnungsbreiten einen konstanten Abstand Z zueinander aufweisen. - Schutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Schutzgeländer 1 eine, dessen Breite der Türöffnungsbreite anpassbare Verstelleinrichtung 11 aufweist. - Schutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Gelenkparallelogramm 2 eine, einen Schwenkwinkel von mindestens 180 ° ermöglichende Ausbildung aufweist. - Schutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Distanz zwischen den Drehpunkten 1.22 und 2.12 bezw. 1.21 und 2.11 auf den Parallelogrammlaschen 2.5 grösser als die Distanz zwischen den Drehpunkten 2.12 und 2.11 auf einem vertikalen Lagersupport 2.1 ausgeführt ist. - Schutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein das Schutzgeländer 1 in allen Positionen einer Schwenkbewegung stabilisierendes Zusatzgelenk 11 bestehend aus einem horizontalen Ausleger 10 mit einem Lager 10.1, einer Gelenklasche 9 und einem vertikalen Zusatzsupport 8 mit einem Lager 8.1 vorhanden ist.
