Détergents selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'ils contiennent, comme composant (c), un sel de sodium de sulfate d'alcool gras en C₁₂-C₁₄ et/ou un sel de sodium d'éthersulfate d'alcool gras en C₁₂-C₁₄ avec de 3 à 5 moles d'oxyde d'éthylène et/ou du sel de sodium de sulfonate de cumène.
  5. Détergents selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisés en ce qu'ils contiennent, comme substance faisant office d'adjuvant, le sel de sodium de l'acide éthylènediaminetétracétique et/ou de l'acide nitrilotriacétique.
  6. Détergents selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisés en ce qu'ils contiennent, comme adjuvants et/ou comme régulateurs, l'acide oléique, le carbonate de sodium, de l'urée et/ou de l'eau.
  7. Utilisation des détergents selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, pour nettoyer et dégraisser des surfaces dures, caractérisée en ce que la concentration des composants (a), (b) et (c) dans les solutions d'utilisation diluées avec de l'eau s'élève, au total, de 0,01 à 3% en poids, en particulier de 0,025 à 1% en poids.
