Claims (10)
- Appareil pour le triage de matières en vrac à duretés différentes, notamment de morceaux de déchets, se composant d'un tambour tournant sur un axe et d'une plaque de chargement, placée au-dessus, par laquelle les matières en vrac ameublies arrivent, à distance du plan vertical passant par l'axe du tambour, au côté du tambour se mouvant vers le haut de façon que des morceaux mous des matières en vrac sont entraînés au-dessus du tambour au côté du tambour se mouvant vers le bas et que des morceaux durs tombent en bas au côté du tambour se mouvant vers le haut, où un dispositif d'alimentation est prévu pour les matières en vrac de telle manière que les matières en vrac heurtent la plaque de chargement avec une vitesse qui est si calculée que les morceaux plus durs, à la suite d'un rebondissement plus grand, atteignent le tambour à une plus grande distance du plan vertical passant par l'axe que les morceaux plus mous, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque d'arrêt (18) avec une couche superficielle molle (19), disposée en direction à peu près radiale par rapport au tambour et à une distance radiale de la surface du tambour correspondant à la taille des morceaux plus durs, est mise à la place (17) de la périphérie du tambour où le morceaux plus mous des matières en vrac sont justement encore entraînés par le tambour (2) vers le haut.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de la plaque de chargement (5) est pourvue de nervures (10) horizontales dont le profil a la forme de dents de scie tournées vers le haut.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de chargement (5) est pourvue d'une couche (11) de sable quartzeux grossier.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de chargement (5) est placée inclinée vers le côté montant du tambour (2) et en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (15) est si disposé que les matières en vrac arrivent à la plaque de chargement en chute libre.
- Appareil selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de chargement (5) est étagée en cascade (5a, 5b) et en ce que l'alimentation des matières en vrac s'effectue sur le gradin supérieur (5a).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de chargement (5) est réglable à l'égard de son inclinaison et de sa position par rapport au plan vertical passant par l'axe (3) du tambour.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'arrêt (18) forme le fond d'une caisse (21), qui est ouverte en direction de la plaque de chargement (5), dans laquelle des parties plus molles des matières en vrac restent et servent ainsi comme couche superficielle molle (19) de la plaque d'arrêt.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'arrêt (18, 21) est réglable en sens circulaire et radial par rapport au tambour (2).
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un ventilateur (22) est prévu qui produit un courant d'air (25) dirigé vers la plaque de chargement (5) au travers d'une fente (24) située entre le bord intérieur de la plaque d'arrêt (18) ou de la caisse d'arrêt (21) et la surface latérale du tambour (2).
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des surfaces conductrices (26) ou des clapets de réglage (27) sont prévus, par lesquels la direction ou bien la force du courant d'air est modifiable.
