- One leg of one Locking angle 10 is on the outside of the drawer side wall 11 fixed flat so that the other leg of the locking angle 10 protrudes from the drawer wall 11.
- the length of this second locking angle leg and the length of the locking pin 9 are dimensioned so that the locking pin 9 with the protruding Leg of the locking bracket 10 is engaged when the two are at the same height. In this position the lifting rod 8 the drawer 1 is locked. If the lifting rod 8 by Lock 6 is moved so that the locking pin 9 to a height arrives, which differs from the height of the locking angle leg the drawer 1 is free from the body Extendable.
- Fig. 1 From Fig. 1 it can also be seen that the respective long side 11 a drawer 20 is assigned to the drawer 1. 1 is only the extract 20 on the right is shown. It understands that an extract from the opposite, i.e. of the left side of the drawer 1 is assigned.
- Fig. 2 is a front view of that section of one of the 1, which is located on the right.
- Fig. 3 shows in a side view that extract 20, which of the left Is assigned to the side wall 11 of the drawer 1 according to FIG. 1, the extract in Fig. 3 is in the retracted state.
- Fig. 4 shows the essential part of the extract 20 Fig. 3 in the extended state.
- Fig. 5 shows one enlarged section of the extract 20 according to FIG. 3 or 4.
- the pull-out 20 comprises a first or outer rail 21, which can also be called a cabinet rail because it is on Furniture body (not shown) or similar can be attached, a second or inner rail 22, which is also used as a drawer rail can be referred to because it can be attached to the drawer 1 is, and a middle or third rail 23, which between the first rail 21 and the second rail 22 is located.
- the length of the rails 21, 22 and 23 is essentially same and corresponds to the length of the drawer 1.
- the rails 21 to 23 are made of a plate-shaped material, such as made of sheet metal and they form a telescopic Arrangement. This means that the third rail 23 into the first rail 21 and the second rail 22 into the third Rail 23 is retractable or extendable from this.
- the first rail that can be attached to the cover of the piece of furniture 21 has a substantially C-shaped profile.
- In the top horizontal wall 24 of this rail 21 is an in recess 25 extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail 21, which can also be called a bead.
- This Bead 25 opens towards the bottom, i.e. against the opposite horizontal wall 28 of this rail 21, the The outside of this rail wall 24 can be convex.
- the floor 26, i.e. the inner surface 26 of this recess 25 is practical plan.
- the vertical wall 30 has a bulge 31 on.
- This bulge 31 is practical in cross section U-shaped and it extends the entire length of the rail 21.
- the bulge 31 opens against the drawer 1 or against the other rails 22 and 23 of the pull-out 20, so they're on the outside of the vertical wall 30 from this emerges.
- the free end of the upper U-leg 32 of this Bulge 31 adjoins upper section 33 of FIG Vertical wall 30 so that this upper wall section 33 the Bulge 31 connects to the top wall 24.
- the free end of the lower U-leg 34 connects to the lower horizontal wall 28 of the rail 21.
- a pin 35 is attached, via which this first rail 21 to the envelope (not shown) of the piece of furniture can be connected.
- a depression in the lower wall 28 of the rail 21 or bead 36 is formed, which extends upwards, i.e. against the recess 25 in the top wall 24 opens and which is practically the same as the recess 25 in the upper rail wall 24.
- These recesses 25 and 36 are located facing each other or at least partially facing each other.
- a stop 37 is inserted in the lower wall 28 or 34, which limits the path of movement of the drawer 1 at the rear.
- Another stop 38 is inserted in the upper wall 24, which the path of movement of the drawer 1 and the third rail 23 limited at the front.
- the second rail 22 of the pull-out 20 has a Z-like Profile on.
- This second rail 22 comprises a first or lower flange 41, which is flat and which on the bottom the bottom 13 of the drawer 1 in the area of one of the side walls 11 of the same is attached.
- a second flange 42 this rail 22 also runs horizontally and it points a depression or bead 43 opening downwards, which is essentially like that in terms of its cross-sectional shape is carried out as the wells described above 25 and 36.
- the recess 43 in the second flange 42 opens against the recess 36 in the lower horizontal wall 28 of the first rail 21 and it faces this recess 36.
- That edge of the recess 43, which from the drawer 1 is removed, is designed as the edge strip 27 already mentioned, which rises from the bottom 26 of the recess 43 and which against the opposite, lower horizontal wall 28 of the rail 21 is directed towards the C-shaped cross section.
- That edge 29 of the recess 43, which is the drawer 1 closer and thus opposite the edge strip 27, serves as an edge or guide bar.
- a web 44 which leads to the first flange 41 is practically at right angles and which of the side wall 22 of the Drawer 1 is assigned.
- the third or middle rail 23 essentially has one L-shaped cross section, this rail 23 a the vertically running L-leg corresponding wall 51 and a wall corresponding to the horizontal L-leg 52 includes.
- a bulge 53 is in the vertical wall 51 executed, which is in the lower, i.e. im looking at the second Leg 52 of the rail 23 adjoining area.
- This bulge 53 is practically U-shaped in cross section, it extends the entire length of the rail 23 and it is formed essentially as the bulge 31 in the first rail 21.
- the bulge 53 in the third rail 23 opens against drawer 1 or against the second rail 22 of the pull-out 20 so that they are on the outside of the vertical wall 51 emerges from this.
- This bulge 53 lies partially in the bulge 31 of the first rail 21. Since the Depth and width of the bulge 53 in the third rail 23 are smaller than the bulge 31 in the first rail 21, there are between these bulges 31 and 53 in the extract 20 a free space 54.
- the bottom horizontal wall 52 of the third rail 23 is essentially plan.
- the free edge of this wall 52 is executed with a paragraph 55, which extends along the rail 23 extends and which mainly for receiving attacks 56 is used, which are known per se and which function to the Drawer 1 are required.
- a top wall closes 58 of the third rail 23.
- This top wall 58 is essentially plan and it is at a right angle to the upper section 57 of the vertical wall 51.
- the third rail 23 is equipped with rollers, which for the telescopic sliding of the rails 21 to 23 to each other required are.
- a support roller 61 In the front area of the third Rail 23, i.e. in the area of the same, which from the Furniture can move out when the drawer 1 is pulled out there is a support roller 61.
- the shaft 62 of this roller 61 is in the bottom of the bulge 53 in the third rail 23 one end, for example by deforming one of the end parts the shaft 62 attached.
- Between the idler 61 and the floor the bulge 53 is a spacer 63, so that the roller 61 is at a distance from the bottom of the bulge 53 is located.
- the second rail 22 is one the drawer 1 carries, inserted in the third rail 23.
- the downward depression 43 lies in the second flange 42 of the second rail 22 on the upper portion the support roller 61.
- the drawer 1 supported or carried in the body of the piece of furniture. It understands yourself that the two side parts 11 of the drawer 1 in worn and secured in this way.
- roller 64 arranged on the upper portion 57 of the vertical wall 51 of the third rail 23 is attached.
- the top wall 58 of this rail 23 is in this end region of the rail 23 shortened at least by the diameter of this roller 64.
- the attachment point 59 of this roll 64 is so high that a Part 68 of the ring of this roller 64 is above the top wall 58 is located.
- This upper section of the roller crown can be opened the bottom 26 of the bead 25 opening downward in the upper Roll the horizontal wall 24 of the first rail 21, if with the drawer 1 is moved.
- This roller 64 is used for support the third rail 23 and thus also the drawer 1 against towards the top when the drawer 1 is pulled out and thus to it tends to tip down at the front. This is due to the laying on the roller 64 on the bottom 26 of the upper bead 25 in the Top wall 24 of the first rail 21 fastened to the furniture body prevented.
- rollers 65 and 66 Located approximately in the central region of the length of the third rail 23 a pair of practically superimposed rollers 65 and 66, these roles also located inside the third Rail 23 are located.
- the two rollers 65 and 66 can have a friction lining in the area of their circumference.
- the one below lying roller 65 which in the following also serves as a transport roller is on the third rail 23 in practical attached in the same way as the support roller 61.
- the transport roller 65 is so on the third rail 23 appropriate that part of it lies in the breakthrough and that a portion thereof below the bottom wall 28 the third rail 23 lies. This section of the transport roller 65 is supported on the bottom of the bead 36 in the lower wall 28 of the first rail 21.
- the transport roller is also in alignment 65 with the idler roller 61, if the rail 23 in their longitudinal direction. In contrast to the idler roller 61 there is a game between the transport roller 65 this and the shaft 69 of the same, so that the transport roller 65 compared to their fixed shaft 69 by a certain amount e.g. can be moved up or down.
- the transport roller 65 compared to their fixed shaft 69 by a certain amount e.g. can be moved up or down.
- the upper part of the transport roller lies here 65 in the bead 43, which in the second flange 42 is executed.
- the counter roller 66 which is also referred to as a pressure roller is on the upper portion 57 of the vertical wall 51 of the third Rail 23 attached and it lies over the transport roller 65.
- the counter roller is mounted on a shaft 49.
- the distance between the attachment points of the shafts 49 and 69 of these two rollers 65 and 66 is taking into account the thickness the material of the second flange 42 on the second rail 22 and the vertical displaceability of the transport roller 65 compared to their shaft 69 so that the distance between the running surfaces of these rollers 65 and 66 is only so large that the second flange 42 of the second rail 22 between them Rollers 65 and 66 is clamped.
- the second flange 42 of the second rail 22 also on the upper part of the transport roller 65, which in turn on the first and attached to the furniture body rail 21 supported is.
- the third rail 23 has a considerable weight and this weight is supported by the pressure roller 66 on the top of the second rail flange 42, which in turn rests on the top of the transport roller 65. This among other things because it is the game between the Transport roller 65 and the shaft 69 there.
- the transport roller 65 Because the transport roller 65 is under the weight the drawer 1 must move and there the shaft 69 of the transport roller 65 is attached to the third rail 23, the also move third rail 23 at a speed which corresponds to half the drawer speed. This ensures that the third rail 23 is always moved with drawer 1.
- a further roller 67 is arranged, which can also be called a balancing role.
- This Compensation roller 67 is designed similar to the transport roller 65 and also stored with play. In comparison with the Transport roller 65, however, has a compensating roller 67 a little smaller diameter. This rests on this compensating roller 67 Weight the rear half of the drawer 1 when in the piece of furniture is retracted.
- Extracts 20 will, as has already been mentioned is built into carcasses or similar, which are of different Manufacturers can be delivered. Such bodies can deviate from the specified dimensions. This Deviations would arise when using the above Excerpts described impact in such a way that the idlers 61 not in the middle of the bottom 26 of the respective bead 43 but also or exclusively on one of the guide rails would roll 27 or 29.
- Extract 201 can be used, the drawer rail 22 as is shown in Fig. 2 is formed.
- This drawer rail 22 differs from the drawer rail described above 22 actually only in that they have no sidebar on the edge part of the second facing away from the drawer 1 Has flange 42 and the flange is flat.
- the bottom 26 of the bead 43 or the underside of the second flange 42 is thus starting from the Inclined wall 29 up to the outer edge of the flange 42 plan.
- This flat second flange 42 is advantageous somewhat wider than the one designed or provided with the edge strip 27 second flange 42, so deviations in dimensions the body within the broadest possible limits can be.
- the extract 20, which is on the opposite Side of the drawer 1 is arranged, that version of the drawer rail 22, which in connection with Fig. 2 is described.
- Dents 40 Approximately in the middle of the length of the first rail 21 is one Dents 40 in the bead 36 of the lower horizontal wall 28 executed.
- the dent 40 is intended to ensure that the drawer 1 or drawers, if they are retracted into the furniture, always take the same position, even if you don't do it by hand has led to the rearmost or closed position.
- the transport roller 65 comes in the dent 40 to lie. If you don't push the drawer 1 all the way back by hand, then the front and rear effects inclined flank 39 of the dent 40 that the transport roller 65 on this flank 39 begins to roll downwards. This gives one force acting horizontally backwards, which is sufficient to to move the drawer 1 to the rear stop and to prevent the drawer 1 from colliding after an impact rear stop moved back.
- the rails 21 to 23 are mostly made of metal.
- the profile of the Beads 25, 36 and 43 in these rails is not exactly U-shaped, because the side of the bottom 26 of the respective bead subsequent parts 27 and 29 of the rails under one There are angles to the bottom of the bead, which is different from the right is.
- the beads are therefore one rather open U-profile, in which the legs 27 and 29 of the same are inclined outwards to the friction on the rollers to zoom out. In such circumstances, that the rolls moving in the beads also a little be deflected laterally.
- the bodies, especially the vertical ones Walls of the same could rub against each other.
- the respective slider 80 is essentially mushroom-shaped. He has a flat and relatively thin hat 81 (FIG. 5) and an adjoining stem 82. Of the Handle 82 is embedded in the respective rail and the hat 81 lies flat on the surface of the rail. The margins the hat 81 are rounded.
- the buffers are advantageous made of a dimensionally stable plastic.
- the thickness of the hat is 81 smaller than the width of the intended gap between the vertical walls 30 and 51 of rails 21 and 23.
- Buffers 80 are used in pairs.
- the first pair of buffers 80 (Figs. 3-5) is at the top portion 33 of the first Rail 21 attached, in the front end portion of the same.
- the hats 81 of the buffers 80 lie on the inside of the Rail 21 so that it faces the vertical wall 51 of the third rail 23 are facing.
- the stems 82 of these buffers 80 are in corresponding Openings inserted in the wall 33.
- the buffers 80 lie side by side or one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the rail 21.
- a second pair of buffers 80 is in the rear Area of the third rail 23 attached, namely at the top Section 57 (FIG. 5) of the vertical wall 51 of this rail 23.
- These buffers 80 are also in the longitudinal direction of FIG Rail 23 side by side or one behind the other.
- the hats 81 of these buffers 80 lie on the outside of the vertical wall 51, so that they face the first rail 21.
- the stems 82 of these Buffers 80 are in corresponding openings in the vertical wall 57 inserted.
- a third pair of sliders 80 is approximately in the middle of the length of the rail 23 attached.
- the fringe of the hat 81 one or several buffers 80, for example with the aid of a screwdriver, lift off the surface of the rail a little.
- the buffer 80 is made of a dimensionally stable plastic, it remains the treated section of the hat 81 in the raised position, whereby the gap between the rails 21 and 23 is reduced becomes.
