Claims (5)
- Dispositif de déroulage pour une bobine (21), avec deux cages (1, 2) disposées à distance l'une de l'autre, mobiles transversalement à la direction de défilement de la bande, gui se composent chacune de deux montants verticaux (5, 6) et dans chacune desquelles est disposé un support de palier (16) relevable et abaissable, avec une tête de serrage rotative (18) fixée à celui-ci, dans lequel une unité à piston-cylindre (23, 24) servant de commande de levage attaque le support de palier (16) symétriquement par rapport au plan vertical (29) passant par l'axe de rotation (22) de la tête de serrage (18), et avec un frein (20) pour au moins une tête de serrage (18), qui est fixé à un des supports de palier (16), caractérisé en ce que l'unité à piston-cylindre (23, 24) est, dans la direction de défilement de la bande, disposée latéralement par rapport à un des montants verticaux (6) et est reliée au support de palier (16) par l'intermédiaire d'une chaîne de traction (26), et en ce que le frein (20) est fixé extérieurement au support de palier (16).
- Dispositif de déroulage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tête de serrage (18) est fixée en position centrale sur le support de palier (16) guidé de part et d'autre dans des guides formés par les montants (5, 6).
- Dispositif de déroulage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité à piston-cylindre (23, 24) est reliée au support de palier (16) par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission 2/1.
- Dispositif de déroulage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque cage (1, 2) est supportée au pied sur des rails (3, 4) et peut être déplacée transversalement à la direction de défilement de la bande au moyen d'un moteur (13) fixé à la cage (1, 2) respective.
- Dispositif de déroulage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une chaîne immobile (15), qui entoure partiellement un pignon (14) du moteur (13), est fixée au pied, parallèlement aux rails (3, 4).
