Claims (11)

  1. Appareil pour mélanger et appliquer des masses à plusieurs constituants, comprenant un carter (10) pour la réception d'au moins deux cartouches (12, 13) contenant chacune un constituant auxquelles est raccordée une tête mélangeuse (14), un arbre (18) motorisé pour l'entraînement en rotation d'un élément mélangeur (19) disposé dans la tête mélangeuse (14), et des pistons (15, 16) pour vider les cartouches (12, 13), qui sont raccordés par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'accouplement (30) à une commande motorisée (17) et qui, pour le remplacement des cartouches (12, 13), peuvent être ramenés en arrière à une vitesse supérieure à leur mouvement d'avancement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une prise (33) accessible à l'extérieur du carter (10) pour l'avancement et le retrait manuels des pistons (15, 16) lorsque le dispositif d'accouplement (30) est débrayé.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'accouplement est un embrayage magnétique (30) qui peut être embrayé et débrayé simultanément avec la mise en marche et l'arrêt du système d'entraînement motorisé (17).

  5. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, comprenant un ressort (38) sollicitant l'arbre (18) dans la direction de sa mise en prise avec l'élément mélangeur (19).
  6. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, dans lequel l'arbre (18) est entraîné par l'intermédiaire d'une paire de pignons (36, 37) axialement mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre, le pignon (37) monté sur l'arbre (18) présentant une surface d'arrêt pour les pistons (15, 16).
  7. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la prise est conformée en volant (33) qui est monté sur l'arbre de sortie (32) du dispositif d'accouplement (30) lequel entraîne les pistons (15, 16).
  8. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel les pistons (15, 16) sont couplés l'un avec l'autre pour l'avancement et le retour communs.
