Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif permettant de rendre minimale la pollution de l'environnement lors du traitement de surface, galvanoplastique et/ou chimique, de pièces fabriquées en grande série, dans des tambours d'immersion (1), par recyclage des solutions de traitement une fois le tambour d'immersion (1) soulevé hors des postes de traitement (13), caractérisé en ce que les tambours d'immersion (1) sont équipés d'un ou plusieurs dispositis de retenue et de drainage (DK) et possèdent une ou plusieurs barres d'égouttage (15) et un élément de positionnement (9) et en ce que le dispositif de retenue est de drainage (DK / DK') présente une disposition rectiligne ou en arc de cercle dans le tambour d'immersion (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le conduit de drainage (DK) est formé d'une barre de retenue (2), de la paroi périphérique de tambour (4) et d'une barre de drainage (3) ou uniquement d'une barre de retenue (2) et de Ii paroi périphérique de tambour (4).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre des perforations de paroi de tambour (6) du conduit de drainage (DK) est supérieur à celui des perforations (5) de la paroi périphérique de tambour (4).
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans le prolongement du conduit de drainage (DK), deux disques frontaux de tambour (8 et 8') présentent des ouvertures (7).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce ce que des dispositifs de retenue et de drainage sont disposés aussi bien sur des tambours à section polygonale que sur des tambours à section circulaire.
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un système de commande commande l'entraînement en rotation (16) du tambour.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le système de transport (10) des tambours d'immersion comporte une cuvette collectrice (11) qui est agencée de façon à pouvoir être écartée de deux côtés et qui comporte une valve (12) à commande électromagnétique.
