- Such mixers are used for the continuous mixing, dispersing and homogenizing of hardeners, additives, accelerators, reactors and paints in resins, adhesives and sealants. This means that mixing performance can be achieved with a low weight and low volume of the mixer with good reproducibility of the mixing quality and low heat input.

Claims (12)
- Mélangeur statique à corps tubulaire dans lequel au moins un élément mélangeur est disposé et qui comporte des deux côtés des raccords d'extrémité, caractérisé par un tube de matière plastique interchangeable (3) disposé entre le corps (2) et les éléments mélangeurs (11) et constituant une pièce se jetant après usage, ainsi que par un anneau d'étanchéité-support (4) disposé entre chaque raccord d'extrémité (5, 6) et le corps (2) et comportant une surface (8) d'appui des éléments mélangeurs ainsi qu'une surface annulaire d'étanchéité (7), le tube de matière plastique (3) reposant sans aucun interstice sur cette surface d'étanchéité (7).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface annulaire d'étanchéité (7) est conique.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'angle W1 au sommet du cône avec l'axe du tube est de 10° à 30°.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'étanchéité comporte une rugosité, un striage ou un rainurage (17).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'étanchéité (7) comporte un pas de vis (16) pour le vissage du tube de matière plastique (3).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'étanchéité comporte un filet de vis conique.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube de matière plastique (3) comporte à chaque extrémité un cône interne (18) inscrivant un angle W2 de 10° à 30° avec l'axe du tube.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube de matière plastique est en polyoléfines telles que le PE ou le PP.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube de matière plastique comporte au moins intérieurement une couche superficielle inerte (19), par exemple de PTFE.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube de matière plastique comporte une rainure longitudinale (21) constituant un lieu de cassure pour la séparation après utilisation.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une étanchéité métallique (22) entre l'anneau d'étanchéité-support (4) et les raccords d'extrémité (5, 6).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments mélangeurs (11) comprennent des éléments qui se croisent.
