Claims (14)

  1. Récipient muni de parois latérales, de pattes de fond et d'un couvercle, et ayant une pointe (7) rabattable autour d'une arête de pliage (13) pour former une ouverture de versage, dans lequel la pointe (7) à l'état rabattu repose par sa surface sur la paroi du récipient (6) attenante à l'arête de pliage (13), caractérisé en ce que la pointe (7) est munie d'un élément tubulaire (11) faisant saillie sur sa paroi (8) attenante à l'arête de pliage (13) et en ce que la paroi du récipient (6) présente un évidement (12) pour recevoir l'élément tubulaire (11).
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tubulaire (11) présente une bride (16) qui repose sur la surface de la pointe (7) attenante à l'arête de pliage (13) et qui est reliée de manière étanche avec celle-ci.
  3. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de fermeture (22) peut être vissé ou enfoncé sur l'élément tubulaire (11).
  4. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tubulaire (11) est fermé par une membrane pouvant être perforée ou présente une lèvre se fermant d'elle-même.
  5. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé d'un matériau composite en carton et en feuille.
  6. Récipient selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (12) est isolé vers l'intérieur par une feuille bombée (18) appliquée à l'intérieur sur la paroi du récipient (6).
  7. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement est formé par un trou longitudinal (12) dans la paroi du récipient (6) attenante à l'arête de pliage (13) et en ce que l'élément tubulaire (11) présente une saillie (21) qui vient en prise derrière les bords de découpe du trou longitudinal (12) lors de l'introduction de l'élément tubulaire (11).
  8. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement est isolé à l'extérieur par une patte (19, 20) pouvant être ouverte.
  9. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un flan plié en forme de boîte rigide extérieur et un sachet en feuille (14) souple, intérieur, assurant l'étanchéité.
  10. Récipient selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tubulaire (11) est réalisé en plastique et en ce que la partie de l'élément tubulaire (11) s'étendant à l'intérieur de la pointe (7) pénètre à l'intérieur du sachet en feuille (14) et est soudée à celui-ci.
  11. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le carton plié en forme de boîte présente dans son fond des pattes pliables (35, 36, 38) qui se recouvrent pour la fermeture du fond, un coin au moins du sachet en feuille (14) étant maintenu entre les pattes (35, 36, 38) du carton plié en forme de boîte.
  12. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il a la forme d'un prisme.
  13. Récipient selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour chaque paroi latérale (3, 6, 24, 25) une patte de fond (35 à 38) et en ce qu'une pluralité de pointes du sachet en feuille (14) est maintenue entre les pattes de fond (35 à 38) du carton plié en forme de boîte.
  14. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la pointe (7) à l'état rabattu après le remplissage est recouverte par une étiquette.
