Abstract

Il est souvent difficile de vider les boîtes pliantes usuelles d'emballage lorsque les produits que l'on veut en retirer sont visqueux, crémeux ou pâteux. L'invention propose par conséquent de pourvoir un carton extérieur (2) d'un sac intérieur (3) susceptible d'être vidé au moyen d'un bec verseur (32). La paroi du fond (9) opposée au bec verseur n'est reliée qu'à deux parois latérales. On peut ainsi presser ensemble ces deux parois latérales, de manière à faire plier la paroi de fond vers l'intérieur et les autres parois latérales vers l'extérieur, ce qui permet d'exprimer de la boîte même des matériaux crémeux ou pâteux.

Claims (9)

  1. Tube en carton comportant un carton prismatique (2) avec une paroi antérieure (12, 16), au moins trois parois latérales (5, 6, 7, 8) reliées à la paroi antérieure (12, 16) et une paroi postérieure (9), une ouverture de vidage étant prévue dans la paroi antérieure (12, 16), et avec un sachet intérieur (3) étant prévu dans le carton (2) et pourvu d'une ouverture communiquant avec l'ouverture de vidage, caractérisé en ce que la paroi postérieure (9) est seulement reliée à une première paroi latérale (5) et à une deuxième paroi latérale (6) opposée à la première paroi latérale (5).
  2. Tube selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dimension de la paroi postérieure (9) dans la direction reliant la première et la deuxième parois latérales (5, 6) est légèrement plus grande que la distance entre la première paroi latérale (5) et la deuxième paroi latérale (6).
  3. Tube selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la paroi postérieure (9) est bombée vers l'intérieur du carton (2).
  4. Tube selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la paroi postérieure (9) est bombée vers l'extérieur.
  5. Tube selon l'une ou l'ensemble des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi postérieure (9) présente une ligne de pliage (17) parallèle à la première et à la deuxième parois latérales (5, 6) à distance de chacune de ces deux parois latérales (5, 6).
  6. Tube selon l'une ou l'ensemble des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi antérieure (12, 16) et la paroi postérieure (9) sont de forme rectangulaire.
  7. Tube selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la première et la deuxième parois latérales (5, 6) sont reliées par une troisième et une quatrième parois latérales (7, 8), qui ne présentent pas de liaison avec la paroi postérieure (9), et en ce que la troisième et la quatrième parois latérales (7, 8) présentent chacune sensiblement au milieu une ligne d'affaiblissement (22, 23) allant sensiblement de la paroi antérieure (12, 16) à la paroi postérieure (9), et qui facilitent le bombement vers l'extérieur ou vers l'intérieur de la troisième et de la quatrième parois latérales.
  8. Tube selon l'une ou l'ensemble des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi antérieure (12, 16) et la paroi postérieure (9) sont de forme triangulaire, hexagonale ou octogonale.
  9. Tube selon l'une ou l'ensemble des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de vidage présente une douille verseuse (32), qui traverse la paroi antérieure (12, 16) et relie l'intérieur du sachet intérieur (3) avec l'environnement extérieur.
