Claims (10)

  1. Moteur à combustion interne avec un bloc de carter de vilebrequin comportant une partie cylindrique tubulaire et une cloche de carter de vilebrequin, qui comporte des structures de paliers pour recevoir un arbre de vilebrequin qui, à chaque unité de cylindre, est relié par l'intermédiaire d'une bielle à un piston susceptible de se déplacer dans un cylindre, le cylindre étant recouvert par une culasse, tandis que chaque structure de palier comporte un corps de base de palier (5) relié d'une seule pièce au carter de vilebrequin par l'intermédiaire d'un tablier et qui comporte, conjointement avec un couvercle de palier (7) vissé sur le corps de base, un évidement pour recevoir l'arbre de vilebrequin, tandis que le tablier comporte des attaches disposées dans le prolongement axial des vis du couvercle de palier (7) et qui s'étendent depuis le corps de base de palier jusqu'à une paroi (11) du carter de vilebrequin, moteur à combustion interne caractérisé en ce que les attaches (9a, 9b) sont étayées, par des renforcements placés entre elles, par rapport à la paroi du carter de vilebrequin (11).
  2. Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les renforcements revêtent la forme de supports en croix (10).
  3. Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les supports en croix (10) s'étendent de la zone de liaison des attaches (9a, 9b) avec le corps de base de palier (5), vers la paroi du carter de vilebrequin (11) placée en face et s'étendant entre les attaches (9a, 9b).
  4. Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les renforcements sont situés dans une zone médiane entre le corps de base de palier (5) et le carter de vilebrequin, et sont rattachés à la paroi du carter de vilebrequin (11) reliant les attaches (9a, 9b).
  5. Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre la surface de section transversale des renforcements et la surface transversale des attaches (9a, 9b) se situe entre 0,3 et 0,7.
  6. Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base de palier (5) et/ou les attaches (9a, 9b) sont reliés à la cloche de carter de vilebrequin (2) par l'intermédiaire de nervures (12, 12a, 12b).
  7. Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (12) forment conjointement avec le corps de base de palier (5), une liaison au moins approximativement rectiligne entre les côtés opposés du carter de vilebrequin.
  8. Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des deux côtés du corps de base de palier (5), des nervures au moins approximativement rectilignes (12, 12a, 12b) s'étendent depuis la zone cylindrique tubulaire, par l'intermédiaire du corps de base de palier principal (5), vers une bride de carter d'huile (13) de la cloche du carter de vilebrequin.
  9. Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la cloche de carter de vilebrequin (2) comporte, dans la zone des points d'attaches des nervures (12, 12a, 12b), des nervures (14) placées à l'intérieur et/ou à l'extérieur.
  10. Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la bride de carter d'huile (13) a une largeur dont le rapport à la cote d'alésage du cylindre se situe entre 0,4 et 0,6.
