Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wiegemesser, insbesondere zum Zerkleinern von Kräutern und Gemüse und insbesondere zum Einsatz in Küche und Gaststätte, umfassend zwei Schneidekörper mit konvex gekrümmter Schneide und eine Griffanordnung an einem die beiden Schneidekörper verbindenden Rückenteil.
  • Wiegemesser üblicher Bauart, speziell Doppelklingenmesser, werden mit beiden Händen benutzt und bestehen aus mehreren Bauelementen, nämlich Klingen, Griffe und Verbindungsteilen. Sie weisen eine Vielzahl von Ecken und Kanten auf und lassen sich nach dem Gebrauch nur mühsam reinigen und verstauen; auch verfangen sie sich in anderen Gegenständen, z.B. in Besteckkästen oder Schubläden. Das Vorschneiden, welches jedem Zerkleinerungsprozeß vorausgeht, ist mit den üblichen Doppelklingenmessern nicht möglich, da beide Hände für die Bedienung des Wiegemessers benötigt werden.
  • Aus der US-A-3 630 249 ist ein Wiegemesser bekannt, bei dem die beiden Schneidekörper durch einen einstückig mit ihnen zusammenhängenden teilzylindrisch gekrümmten Rücken miteinander verbunden sind, wobei an diesem Rücken über einen Verbindungsbügel ein zylindrischer Griff angebracht ist. Auch diese Ausführungsform hat nach wie vor den Nachteil einer Vielzahl von Ecken und Kanten, so daß sie sich nach dem Gebrauch nur mühsam reinigen und verstauen läßt.
  • Aus der US-A-3 670 414 ist ein Farbabkratzer bekannt, der aus einem schmalen Materialstreifen gebildet ist, in der Weise, daß die beiden Enden des Materialstreifens zwischen sich eine Klinge aufnehmen und gegeneinander verspannt sind, während der mittlere Abschnitt des Materialstreifens zu einer teilzylindrischen Schlinge gebogen ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Wiegemesser zu schaffen, das sich leicht reinigen und verstauen läßt.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß die Griffanordnung von dem teilzylindrischen gewölbten Rückenteil gebildet ist.
  • Eine besonders einfache und leicht zu reinigende und zu verstauende Form ergibt sich dadurch, daß die beiden Schneidekörper und der Rückenteil einstückig zusammenhängen.
  • Herstellungstechnisch ergibt sich eine besonders einfache Ausführungsform dadurch, daß die beiden Schneidekörper und der Rückenteil durch Biegen einer ursprünglich im wesentlichen flachen Blechplatine gebildet sind.
  • Die Form kann noch weiter dadurch vereinfacht und im Aussehen attraktiv gestaltet werden, daß die beiden Schneidekörper im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. Dabei kann der Rücken insbesondere halbkreiszylindrisch ausgeführt sein.
  • Aus ergonomischen Gründen empfiehlt es sich auch, den Teilzylinder stetig in die jeweiligen Schneidekörper übergehen zu lassen. Dies ist nicht nur dann möglich, wenn nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Teilzylinder als ein Halbzylinder ausgebildet ist, sondern auch dann, wenn der Halbzylinder sich über mehr als 180° erstreckt. Die letztere Ausführungsform gibt noch einen besseren Halt des Wiegemessers in der jeweils es führenden Hand.
  • Für die Herstellung eignet sich besonders rostfreies Stahlblech.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Wiegemesser ist von einfachster Form und vermeidet sperrige Ecken und Kanten.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Figuren 1 bis 3 erläutert; es zeigen:
    • Figur 1
    die Abwicklung des aus einem Stück bestehenden Wiegemessers und damit die Form einer Blechplatine zur Herstellung des Wiegemessers;
    Figur 2
    eine Endansicht des Wiegemessers und
    Figur 3
    eine Seitenansicht des Wiegemessers.
  • In Figur 1 ist mit 1 die linke Klinge, das heißt, der linke Schneidekörper, und mit 2 die rechte Klinge, das heißt, der rechte Schneidekörper, bezeichnet. Die Schneiden sind mit 1a und 2a bezeichnet, der Messerrücken mit 3. Die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen, daß der Messerrücken durch eine zylindrisch gewölbte Biegung des Zwischenbereichs zwischen den beiden Klingen 1 und 2 zu einem Griff verformt ist.
  • Der Griff kann mit einer Hand bedient werden, so daß die beiden Funktionen des Vorschneidens und Zerkleinerns mit einem und demselben Gerät vorgenommen werden können.

Claims (5)

  1. Wiegemesser, insbesondere zum Zerkleinern von Kräutern und Gemüse und insbesondere zum Einsatz in Küche und Gaststätte, umfassend zwei Schneidekörper (1, 2) mit konvex gekrümmten und voneinander beabstandeten Schneiden (1a, 2a) und eine Griffanordnung (3) an einem die beiden Schneidekörper (1, 2) verbindenden Rückenteil (3)
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Griffanordnung (3) von dem teilzylindrisch gewölbten Rückenteil gebildet ist.
  2. Wiegemesser nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die beiden Schneidekörper (1, 2) und der Rückenteid (3) einstückig zusammenhängen.
  3. Wiegemesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die beiden Schneidekörper (1, 2) und der Rückenteil (3) durch Biegen einer ursprünglich im wesentlichen flachen Blechplatine (1, 2, 3) gebildet sind.
  4. Wiegemesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die beiden Schneidekörper (1, 2) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
  5. Wiegemesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Rückenteil annähernd halbkreiszylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
