Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wiegemesser, insbesondere zum Zerkleinern von Kräutern und Gemüse und insbesondere zum Einsatz in Küche und Gaststätte, umfassend zwei Schneidekörper mit konvex gekrümmter Schneide und eine Griffanordnung an einem die beiden Schneidekörper verbindenden Rückenteil.The invention relates to a weighing knife, in particular for chopping herbs and vegetables and in particular for use in kitchens and restaurants, comprising two cutting bodies with a convexly curved cutting edge and a handle arrangement on a back part connecting the two cutting bodies.
Wiegemesser üblicher Bauart, speziell Doppelklingenmesser, werden mit beiden Händen benutzt und bestehen aus mehreren Bauelementen, nämlich Klingen, Griffe und Verbindungsteilen. Sie weisen eine Vielzahl von Ecken und Kanten auf und lassen sich nach dem Gebrauch nur mühsam reinigen und verstauen; auch verfangen sie sich in anderen Gegenständen, z.B. in Besteckkästen oder Schubläden. - Mincing knife, in particular for finely chopping herbs and vegetables and in particular for use in kitchens and restaurants, comprising two cutting blades (1, 2) with convex cutting edges (1a, 2a) spaced from one another and a handle arrangement (3) on a back portion (3) connecting said two cutting blades (1, 2), characterised in that said handle arrangement (3) is formed from said back portion shaped as a partially cylindrical arch.
- Mincing knife according to Claim 1, characterised in that the two cutting blades (1, 2) and the back portion (3) join to form an integral part.
- Mincing knife according to one of Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the two cutting blades (1, 2) and the back portion are formed by bending an originally essentially flat metal plate (1, 2, 3).
- Mincing knife according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the two cutting blades (1, 2) are arranged essentially parallel to one another.
- Mincing knife according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the back portion is approximately in the form of a semi-circular cylinder.
