Definitions

  • the invention relates to a guardrail device for traffic areas, in particular for securing construction sites, which consists of prefabricated parts which can be placed on the floor and are designed as hollow bodies and which can be assembled together by pulling and bending-free.
  • the individual V-shaped finished parts are plugged together in such a way that the respective edges abut one another.
  • the finished parts are each provided at one end with two stacked tubular projections, which are inserted into the neighboring finished part; the finished parts are then firmly connected to each other by vertical bolts. The small distance between the two tubular projections does not prevent a certain rotation of the finished parts in the event of a vehicle collision.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a relatively lightweight precast system, the individual parts are characterized by a particular stiffness and that after plugging together it is impossible to twist the individual finished parts in relation to the neighboring finished parts.
  • the object is achieved in that, according to the invention, at least two continuous, approximately horizontal, spaced, approximately parallel plates are provided inside the finished parts, which are firmly connected to the inside of the side surfaces of the finished parts, stiffen the side parts and overlap when the finished parts are plugged together.
  • This stiffening of the individual finished parts which is carried out at least in two spaced-apart planes, not only provides a high degree of rigidity even with a particularly thin-walled design of the side walls, but also prevents a finished part from being in relation to the neighboring finished parts (in the event of a vehicle impact). e.g. moved up or twisted.
  • the plates run at least at one end flush with the edges of the finished parts.
  • the plates can be bent off on one side at a distance from their free edges and the end and / or side walls of the finished parts can at least partially overlap.
  • the plates in the finished parts have a slight inclination to the horizontal and the end and / or side walls of the finished parts overlap at least partially.
  • the end walls of the prefabricated parts and the plates can have bores lying one above the other in the edge area for detachable reception have at least one composite rod.
  • a composite rod that can be inserted by hand is provided with a handle eyelet.
  • the individual finished parts can consist of 0.3 cm thick sheet steel.
  • the finished parts are expediently 1 m long, approx. 70 cm high and approx. 50 kg heavy.
  • the plates can be perforated in order to make it even lighter.
  • the prefabricated parts are to be provided at their ends with support walls running perpendicular to the plates.
  • the weight of the finished part can thus be changed within a certain range.
  • the finished part can also be emptied after use for transport purposes. The filling is usually done by the finished part upright and then the space is filled as desired.
  • the lock or the like. can be provided outside the area of the connecting rod (s) holding the finished parts together.
  • the plates must be formed.
  • other plugging options can of course also be provided.
  • the plates can protrude at one end of each finished part, so that the respective free edges of adjacent finished parts abut one another; on the other hand it is of course also possible that e.g. two connecting rods are provided for the bending-free connection of the finished parts.
  • the filling of the room consists of concrete. In this case it is no longer possible to change the weight of the finished part after filling.
  • the situation is different if e.g. the space is filled with sand.
  • the filling can take place immediately before the assembly of the finished parts and can be emptied after the end of use.
  • the weight of the finished part can also be preselected to a certain extent by an appropriate quantity selection.
  • the filling of the space consists of scrap metal.
  • the above-mentioned support wall can be firmly connected to the horizontally spaced plates, for example welded. So it's possible already to provide for the barrier during the manufacture of the finished part and to incorporate it permanently.
  • the plug is made of wood.
  • the room can be locked or locked at any time, including when assembling the finished parts.
  • An example of a 70 cm high prefabricated part 1 of a protective plank device has an upper wall or end wall 2 and two side walls 3 and 4 with a height of 45 to 50 cm, which diverge towards the floor and on which ramp surfaces 5 are at an angle of approximately 40 to 50 ° and connect 6; the height the bend 7 or 8 of these drive-on areas is around 15 to 20 cm.
  • the drive-on areas 5 and 6 close at the level of the floor, e.g. the traffic area, support plates in strip form; the support plates can have punchings directed towards the floor, which result in "clawing" with the support surface.
  • the finished part consisting of 0.3 cm thick steel sheet, is bent on one transverse side in such a way that the neighboring finished part can be pushed onto this bent recess and that, as can be seen in FIG. 2, the side walls 3, 4 and the end wall 5 after being pushed on the finished parts 1 are flush with each other;
  • tabs 10, 11 are provided on the inside of the prefabricated part at one end, which are then overlapped by the horizontal plates 12, 13 (FIG. 4) after being plugged together from the edge of the neighboring prefabricated part, so that in this case too flush transition arises.
  • the walls of the prefabricated part and thus the entire guardrail device are relatively thin and a prefabricated part also weighs, for example, only 50 kg, it is advisable to stiffen the prefabricated part in a special way.
  • each finished part - as already mentioned - has at least two horizontal or approximately horizontal continuous plates 12, 13 which have the tabs (10, 11).
  • the prefabricated part 1 As can be seen from Fig. 3, the prefabricated part 1 with the prefabricated part 20 (Fig. 4) by pushing together to a fixed Unit. Apart from this, the prefabricated part 1 has two trapezoidal, vertically running transverse walls 14, 15; these retaining walls should be provided at least in the end area of each prefabricated part.
  • the plates 12, 13 are bent at one end upwards or downwards or inclined so that the ends of the corresponding plates of the neighboring plates can reach below or above them.
  • the ends of two finished parts lie one above the other in the vertical direction after being plugged together, the plate ends of one finished part reaching under those of the other finished part and the edge regions of the former reaching over those of the second or vice versa.
  • the top wall 2 and the plates 12, 13 are connected to one another by a vertically detachable or extractable connecting rod 9 or 30; this connecting rod 9 or 30 can have an eyelet at its upper end in order to be able to handle it better.
  • the plates 12 and 13 serving as stiffening not only prevent or at least restrict the side walls 3 and 4 from being pressed in by an impacting vehicle, but also prevent the side walls 3 and 4 from buckling or collapsing with the end wall 2 in the event of an impact the finished part is run over.
  • the plug connection of the type described above is sufficient to hold the guardrail device together. Only in exceptional cases can bolt bolts be used in the edge area of the finished parts.
  • the prefabricated parts 1 and 20, which are assembled to form a guardrail device, are, as already mentioned above, relatively light, that is to say for example 50 kg each, with a length of the prefabricated part of approx. 1 m is assumed; longer finished parts, for example up to 1.50 m or more, can of course also be provided.
  • guardrail device as is often the case on construction site operations, is therefore relatively simple and requires little effort, e.g. without cranes or the like possible.
  • FIGS. 3 and 4 for example with a height of 40-55 cm, is one that is provided for marking purposes during construction site operation.
  • the construction of this embodiment is largely similar to that of FIGS. 1 and 2, so that a description of details, insofar as they correspond to those in FIGS. 1 and 2, is dispensed with. Due to the relatively low height, the rejection function of this relatively lightly designed guardrail device is quite low. This is especially true if the guardrail device is made of plastic. When manufacturing from steel, however, an increased rejection function can be determined.
  • the entire "outer skin" of the finished part can be manufactured in one piece.
  • the parallel plates 12 and 13 are provided, which can be connected to the outer skin in any way.
  • the two plates 12 and 13 extend over the entire length of the finished part; the two plates are each provided with a recessed edge so that the ends 22, 23rd of the corresponding plates of the neighboring prefabricated part, as can be seen in FIG. 4, can rest on the recessed edges of the plates 12 and 13.
  • a support wall 21 is provided between the plates 12 and 13; this support wall 21 has a certain distance from the free ends 22 and 23 of the plates 12 and 13, so that the connecting rod 30 can be inserted after the assembly of the finished parts.
  • the support wall 21 can already be installed when the finished parts are made.
  • the filling of the space between the support wall and the opposite ends of the plates 12 and 13, e.g. with concrete, can be done in series production; But it can also be a subsequent filling of the space mentioned at the construction site, e.g. be made with sand or gravel. In this case, it is easy to empty the room before transporting it to another construction site.
  • the finished part can be provided with trapezoidal transverse walls 14 or 15 at the ends of the finished part.
  • the construction of the finished part can vary; in any case, however, the two plates 12 and 13 must be provided.
  • the support wall 21 already installed when the finished part is finished can also be omitted.
  • plugs can be made of wood or any other material.
