Abstract

Dispositif destiné à empêcher l'échappement de gaz de remplissage pendant l'enfournement de gâteaux de coke (15) dans des chambres de cokéfaction horizontales (20), préparés, à l'extérieur de ces chambres (20), dans un moule de pilonnage d'une pilonneuse-enfourneuse et défourneuse (1), et disposé sur la base mobile (14) dudit moule de pilonnage, ledit dispositif étant réalisé sous la forme d'un canal (3) entourant le gâteau de coke (15) enfourné, et contigu au côté frontal du four, sur le cadre de la porte (2) de la chambre de cokéfaction, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (10) du canal (3) sont déplaçables à l'intérieur des parois latérales du moule de pilonnage réalisées sous la forme de parois creuses dans la zone située du côté du four, de telle façon que le fond du canal soit formé par la base mobile (14) du moule de pilonnage, et que le couvercle (9) dudit canal soit à engagement télescopique et présente des moyens de guidage pour les parois latérales mobiles (10), cependant qu'il est prévu, sur la partie fixe du couvercle (9) du canal, un dispositif niveleur (8) destiné à égaliser la surface du gâteau de coke (15) et comportant des moyens d'évacuation du coke éliminé par raclage.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour empêcher l'échappement de gaz de remplissage pendant l'enfournement dans des chambres de cokéfaction horizontales de gâteaux de charbon produits à l'extérieur de la chambre de cokéfaction dans un moule à compression d'une machine d'extrusion, de chargement, de compression et se trouvant sur le fond comprimé du moule à compression, le dispositif étant constitué en canal entourant le gâteau de charbon à enfourner et placé avec sa face frontale ouverte sur le cadre de porte de la chambre de cokéfaction, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (10) du canal (3) peuvent être introduites dans les parois latérales (4) du moule à compression exécutées en parois creuses dans le domaine du côté du four, le fond du canal est formé par le fond comprimé (14) mobile et le haut de canal (9) est de forme télescopique et il présente des guidages (29) pour les parois latérales mobiles (10), et on implante sur la partie fixe (32) du haut de canal (9) un dispositif de nivellement (8) lissant la surface du gâteau de charbon (15) avec un dispositif d'entraînement pour le charbon raclé.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (10) sont couplées à un support de fond comprimé (12) et qu'on peut les enfourner et les sortir avec lui.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les parois latérales (10) du canal (3) et le couvercle télescopique (9) on prévoit des entraîneurs (16) pour enfourner et sortir la partie télescopique du couvercle de canal (9) avec les parois latérales (10).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on implante comme étanchéité entre le canal (3) et le cadre de porte (2) de la chambre de cokéfaction (20) des lames d'étanchéité chargées par ressorts (11).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les lames d'étanchéité (11) sont constituées de segments (174).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit une sonde de pression (24) dans le canal (3) dans le domaine du haut de canal (9).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit une cheminée (5) sur le canal (3).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on peut raccorder la cheminée (5) à une conduite collectrice de gaz installée au-dessus du plafond de la batterie de fours à coke.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la cheminée (5) est reliée à une chambre de combustion disposée sur la machine à extrusion, de chargement, de compression (1).
