- the resistance opposed by the movement of the wings to the power developed by the elastic motor generates a torque which causes a deformation of the flexible part 26 of the crank plate 22, so that the movable part 28 of said plate tilts around the hinge 37 and that the flexible portion 28c of said movable part slides on the ramp 29 and that its free end 28a approaches the fixed edge 38 opposite the slot 25, the width of which is thus narrowed. Due to this narrowing, the tooth 33 of the retainer 32 pushed by the spring 15 against the periphery of the crank plate, can not engage in the slot 25 of the latter ( Figure 3).

Claims (9)
- Fliegendes Spielzeug, das fähig ist, sich mit Flügelschlägen fortzubewegen, umfassend: - einen hohlen Körper (1) mit länglicher Form, in dessen Vorderteil ein Mechanismus (2) für den Antrieb der Flügel untergebracht ist, der mittels eines Gummibandes (20) bewegt wird, das die Antriebskraft liefert, wobei dieser Mechanismus umfaßt: eine Schleppkurbel (18); - biegsame Flügel (6-6), die einerseits am Antriebsmechanismus und andererseits am Körper befestigt sind; - ein Aufziehsystem (7), das ein Verdrillen des Antriebs-Gummibandes (20) ermöglicht und im rückwärtigen Teil des Körpers installiert ist, wo sich des weiteren vorzugsweise ein verstellbarer Schwanzflügel (8) befindet, der als Steuer dient; - und eine Blockierungsvorrichtung oder Arretierung (32), die eine Neutralisierung des Antriebsmechanismus der Flügel während des Aufziehens und vor dem Abfliegen ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleppkurbel eine kreisförmige Scheibe (22) umfaßt, deren Umfang eine Einkerbung oder einen Spalt (25) aufweist, und dadurch, daß die Arretierung (32) der Einwirkung einer elastischen Kraft unterworfen ist und dazu neigt, ihren Wirkteil (33) an den Umfang der kreizförmigen Scheibe (22) anzulegen, so daß die Arretierung (32) einrasten und sich in der Einkerbung oder dem Spalt (25) halten kann, während sich das vom Antriebs-Gummiband (20) entwickelte Drehmoment seinem geringsten Wert nähert, wenn sich das Gummiband dem völlig aufgedrehten Zustand nähert, und damit die Blockierung des Antriebsmechanismus der Flügel und deren Immobilisierung bewirkt.
- Fliegendes Spielzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kreisförmige Scheibe (22) der Schleppkurbel (18) aus einem geschlitzten Zylinder besteht und einerseits einen ersten flexiblen Teil (26), der mit der Welle (21) der Kurbel (18) verbunden ist, aufweist, und andererseits einen zweiten beweglichen Teil (28), der mit einem seiner Enden an dieser befestigt ist und dessen anderes Ende (28a) einen Spalt oder eine Einkerbung veränderlicher Breite (25) begrenzt, deren beweglichen Rand er bildet, wobei dieser zweite flexible Teil den Zapfen der Kurbel trägt, auf dem die Kraftübertragungs-Schwingarme (36) des Antriebsmechanismus (2) der Flügel (6-6) gelenkig angebracht sind.
- Fliegendes Spielzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweiligen Positionen des Wirkteils (33) der Arretierung (32) und der Einkerbung oder des Spalts (25) in der kinematischen Kette des Antriebsmechanismus der Flügel so angeordnet sind, daß die Eingreifposition der Arretierung und des Spalts der Position der Flügel (6-6) entspricht und somit den Gleitflug ermöglicht.
- Fliegendes Spielzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flexible Teil (26) der Scheibe (22) an der Welle (21) der Kurbel (18) einerseits mittels einer Rippe (27) befestigt ist, die den feststehenden Rand (38) des Spalts (25) bildet, und andererseits mittels eines biegsamen Gelenkbandes (37), wobei der flexible Teil somit eine Feder bildet, und dadurch, daß der bewegliche Teil (28) der Scheibe (22) einen starren Teil (28b) umfaßt, der am flexiblen Teil (26) befestigt ist und den Zapfen (23) der Kurbel trägt, sowie einen biegsamen Teil (28c), dessen freies Ende den beweglichen Rand (28a) des Spalts (25) bildet.
- Fliegendes Spielzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe oder der Zylinder (22) der Kurbel (18) drehbar in einem kreisförmigen Käfig (39) montiert ist, der aus einem geschlitzten Zylinder gebildet ist, der starr einstückig mit der feststehenden Aufhängung (9) des Antriebsmechanismus der Flügel ist.
- Fliegendes Spielzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierung (32) von einem Hebel gebildet wird, der um eine mit der feststehenden Aufhängung (9) des Antriebsmechanismus der Flügel einstückige Achse schwenkbar montiert ist und dessen innerer Teil (32b) der Einwirkung einer Feder (15) unterworfen ist, die dazu neigt, ihn an die kreisförmige Scheibe (22) der Schleppkurbel (18) anzulegen, und der mit einem Zacken (33) ausgestattet ist, der dazu dient, in den Spalt oder die Einkerbung (25) einzugreifen, um die Blockierung des Mechanismus zu bewirken.
- Fliegendes Spielzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine feststehende Rampe (29) im Inneren des Raumes, der von der zylindrischen Wand der Scheibe (22) der Schleppkurbel (18) begrenzt wird, und in der Nähe des freien Endes (28a) des beweglichen Teils (28) der Scheibe angeordnet ist, der somit auf der Rampe gleiten kann.
- Fliegendes Spielzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Teil (28) innen mit einem Vorsprung (31) ausgestattet ist, während das Ende der Welle (21) mit einem radialen Vorsprung (30) ausgestattet ist, der mit diesem zusammenwirkt, um die Durchbiegung des beweglichen Teils während des Betriebs des Antriebsmechanismus der Flügel zu begrenzen.
- Fliegendes Spielzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feststehende Aufhängung (9) des Antriebsmechanismus der Flügel Anschläge (16, 17) aufweist, die die Amplitude der Schwenkung der Arretierung (32) in beiden Richtungen begrenzt.
