Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de changement rapide pour une excavatrice, en vue de changer des outils de travail, fixés amovibles sur un adaptateur (3) d'un bras basculant (5), par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de verrouillage (6) comportant des boulons de blocage (12, 13) et maintenus sur le bras basculant (5) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal, les éléments de verrouillage (6) à actionner au moyen d'une unité de commande, étant composés de deux pistons individuels (10, 11), disposés coaxialement et coopérants dans un carter (9), en constituant chacun du côté extrémité, sur leur extrémité libre, un boulon de blocage (12, 13), pouvant être réglé, par commande hydraulique, en une position de déverrouillage (R), caractérisé par le caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un ressort de pression précontraint (14), au moyen duquel les boulons de blocage (12, 13) sont réglables en une position de verrouillage (A) et maintenus dans cette position, est disposé entre les boulons de blocage (12, 13),
    b) les boulons de blocage (12, 13) présentent une bride de pression (10, 20a) dont le diamètre leur est supérieur et qui prend appui sur une paroi transversale (23) médiane du carter (9),
    c) une enceinte de pression (17), dans laquelle débouche une conduite de pression (18, 18a) de l'unité de commande (15; 15a), est constituée entre la bride de pression (20, 20a) et une douille de guidage (19) délimitant le carter (9).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux éléments de verrouillage (6), disposés l'un à côté de l'autre, sont disposés dans l'adaptateur (3) et fixés à l'intérieur de celui-ci par des vis, l'adaptateur (3) étant entouré par des branches (7, 8) d'un outil de travail, dans lesquelles sont ménagés des perçages (24 et 25) placés en correspondance avec les boulons de blocage (12 et 13).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur (3) comprend des crochets (26), en prise avec des ergots (27) de l'outil (2), ainsi qu'un élément de verrouillage (6), disposé au voisinage d'un point de tourillonnement d'une bielle de couplage (4) et s'engageant dans des perçages (24, 25) ménagés dans les branches de l'outil de travail (2).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de déverrouillage (R), les pistons (10, 11) sont appuyés sur une paroi transversale (23), traversée par le ressort de pression (14) unique, du carter (9).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (15) comprend, dans une conduite de pression (30); une soupape multivoies (29) pouvant être commandée, présentant les différentes conduites de pression (18, 18a), en ramification et allant aux différentes enceintes à pression (17) des pistons individuels (10, 11) montés coaxialement, dans chaque carter (9).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (15a) présente des première et deuxième conduite de pression (30, 30a), partant d'une soupape multivoies (29a) pouvant être commandée, la première conduite de pression (30) comprenant des conduites de ramification (18, 18a) allant aux enceintes de pression (17) des pistons (10, 11) disposés coaxialement, et la deuxième conduite de pression (30a) présentant une conduite (31) débouchant dans une enceinte intermédiaire (33) prévue entre les deux pistons (10, 11).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte à pression (33) constituée entre les deux pistons (10 et 11) est réalisée de façon que le déplacement des pistons (10, 11) pour passer à une position de verrouillage (A) puisse être assisté.
