Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mining device for walls, concrete floors and the like. with an essentially bow-shaped device body, at the leg ends of which there are two tip bodies delimiting the mouth opening, at least one of which is movable against the other and interacts with a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder being connected to a hydraulic high-pressure source via hose connections.
  • Compressed air chisels and the like are usually used to dismantle concrete walls. used.
  • the disadvantage is the strong noise, the unpleasant vibrations and the limited speed of degradation.
  • a demolition device for demolition of concrete buildings in which two hydraulically actuated, acute crushing cones are arranged on a U-shaped bracket to form an obtuse angle.
  • the bracket is solid to absorb the forces and not designed as a portable unit.
  • DE-A-23 59 313 shows a concrete crusher in which two opposing chisels are present in a machine frame, one of which one is driven by a worm, a worm wheel and a spindle. Due to its size and construction, this device is not portable.
  • the object to be achieved with the invention is to create such a light mining device that can still be carried by hand and, despite its comparatively low weight, the device body can reliably absorb the force required to break off concrete structures and act on the tips.
  • the device body has a C-shaped shape, is constructed in a lightweight construction using light metal and can be carried by hand, the tip bodies are arranged coaxially and are each supported in inner leg surfaces of the legs provided with bores.
  • the weight of such a hydraulically operated mining device can be kept so low that it can still be carried by hand.
  • the coaxial arrangement of the tip bodies and their support on ring shoulders at the end of the leg make it possible to control the forces that occur. Due to the portability of the mining device, its area of application is greatly expanded by the fact that it can also be used inside buildings, which prevents heavy devices, cranes, hoists or the like. need.
  • the removal device according to FIG. 1 contains a clamp-like, essentially C-shaped device body 1, the middle part of which has the largest dimension.
  • This device body 1 is preferably machined in one piece from a light metal plate.
  • the lightweight construction aims to save as much weight as possible while maintaining a high bending moment and high torsional rigidity.
  • the device body 1 is delimited on the outside and inside by a spar 2, 3, between which there is a central plate part 4.
  • a plurality of reinforcing ribs 5 protrude from the plate part 4 on both sides, each ending in the inner and outer spar 2, 3.
  • the two pairs of ribs 5 extend parallel to the longitudinal central axis 7 or are slightly inclined to it.
  • the reinforcing ribs 6 are shorter than the reinforcing ribs 5 and extend transversely to the longitudinal central axis 7. Both the two spars 2, 3 and the reinforcing ribs 5, 6 are provided on the outside and inside with a reinforcing web 8, 9 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. This ensures a high level of flexural rigidity and Torsional rigidity of the entire device body 1 reached.
  • the device body is circumferentially closed at one leg end and has a bore 10 for receiving a hydraulic device.
  • the other leg has a similar design, with the difference that the wall is slotted and contains at least one screw in order to contract the bore when the tip body 17 is inserted.
  • the two legs 12, 13 of the essentially C-shaped device body 1 form a mouth opening 14 which is delimited by the two tips 15, 16 arranged on the same axis.
  • One tip body 17 sits rigidly but releasably in the bore of the leg 12, while the other tip body 18 is received by the bore 10 and the hydraulic cylinder 22 including the tip 16 is movable.
  • the tip body 17 contains one or more spacer rings 19, which are located between the inner leg surface 12 and a shoulder 20 of the tip body 17 and sit on a cylindrical shaft 31 which penetrates the bore of the device body.
  • the other tip body 18 cooperates with a hydraulic cylinder 21, which can move the tip 16 in the direction of the other tip 15.
  • the hydraulic cylinder 21, with which the tip body 18 can be moved back and forth, is thus double-acting.
  • the high-pressure liquid is controlled by a control slide 3 rigidly mounted on the device body and having an actuating handle 24.
  • the hydraulic cylinder contains a cylindrical sleeve 25 which is received by the bore 10 of the device body 1.
  • the rear end of this sleeve 25 is surrounded by a bush 26 and sealed by a screwed cover 30.
  • a guide bushing 27 is inserted into the bore 10.
  • a piston rod 34 is connected to the tip 16, the end of which forms a piston 36.
  • Piston 36, piston rod 34 and tip 34 can either consist of one or more interconnected parts.
  • a first pressure chamber 28 is delimited by the piston 36, the sleeve 25 and the cover 30.
  • a second, annular pressure chamber 38 is formed between the piston 36, the piston rod 34 and the sleeve bore 25.
  • the supply of high-pressure liquid to the first pressure chamber 28 takes place through a feed line 40 in the cover 30. If the supply of pressure liquid into the first pressure chamber 28 is opened by the control slide 23, this causes the piston 36 to be moved in the direction of arrow B. At the same time, liquid is displaced from the second pressure chamber 38, which flows off without pressure via a line 42.
  • the control slide 23 is switched accordingly, as a result of which the line 42 and the second pressure chamber 38 now contain pressure fluid and the liquid present in the first pressure chamber 28 is displaced via the line 40.
  • An overpressure valve 44 prevents an inadmissible overpressure from occurring in the end position of the piston 36 shown.
  • the second pressure chamber 38 is in flow connection with a ball valve via a radial bore 46.
  • the ball 48 is so strongly loaded by a spring 50 that any excess pressure in the second pressure chamber 38 is released via the first pressure chamber 28.
  • the spring force at which this safety valve opens can be adjusted by means of a screw 52.
  • the connection between the control slide 23 and the connection nipples 58 is made by hoses or pipes 60.
  • the connection sleeves for the hoses for supplying the high pressure liquid to the control slide 23 are located on the side of the device facing away from FIG. 1.
  • the high-pressure source preferably consists of a mobile, motor-driven high-pressure pump, which is connected to the remote device body 1 via pressure-resistant hoses and detachable hose couplings are. Since the pressure source is thus separated from the device, it can be designed so easily that it can be carried by a man.
  • the holding frame 62 contains rounded profile bars 63, which are preferably made of light metal. These are attached on both sides of the device body 1 and are held in place by screwed-on connecting rods 66, two of which penetrate holes 32 in the device body 1. Since the scaffolding 62 projects beyond the outside of the device body, the device can easily be brought into the desired working position by hand and held there.
  • the device is placed with its mouth 14 by hand from above onto the wall. Then, by operating the control slide 23 by means of the operating handle 24, high pressure liquid, preferably pressure oil, e.g. admitted into the first pressure chamber 28 at a pressure of approximately 800 bar. As a result, the piston 36 and with it the tip 16 move in the direction of the arrow B. As a result, the two tips 15 and 16 penetrate the wall with great force until the latter splits. By moving the control slide 23, the tip 16 is then withdrawn through the second pressure chamber of the hydraulic device 22, whereupon the device can be pushed to a next location, after which the process can be repeated.
  • high pressure liquid preferably pressure oil, e.g. admitted into the first pressure chamber 28 at a pressure of approximately 800 bar.
  • this mining device has a jaw opening of less than 40 cm, preferably about 30 cm, measured between the tips 15, the weight of the entire device is less than 50 kg, preferably about 45 kg, and that which can be produced between the tips 15, 16
  • the force at a hydraulic fluid pressure of 78 MPa (780 bar) is approximately 30 tons.
  • both tips with a hydraulic cylinder, which are connected to the same high-pressure source and operated by the same control elements, so that they move synchronously towards or away from each other.
  • the total stroke length of the tips can be increased.
  • the device is portable, it can also be used on hoists, excavator extension arms or the like. fasten.
