Abstract

Un passe-plat s'insérant dans des portes et des murs comporte une partie cadre qui peut s'insérer dans une ouverture ménagée dans une porte ou un mur, reliée à une partie de fermeture (2) pourvue d'une ouverture passe-plat. La partie de fermeture comprend un panneau transparent (18) résistant aux chocs, une rainure de réception (6) qui reçoit un bord de ce panneau (18), et une partie de préhension (11) située sur le bord opposé du panneau (18), laquelle pivote autour d'un axe de pivotement (9) parallèle aux deux bords. La partie de préhension (11) possède une tige de support (12) située à distance de l'axe de pivotement (9), sur laquelle vient buter le bord adjacent du panneau (18).

Claims (11)

  1. Passe-plat s'insérant dans des portes ou des murs composé d'un élément cadre (1) pouvant être inséré dans une ouverture d'une porte ou d'un mur, et d'un élément de fermeture (2) équipé d'une ouverture passe-plat, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (2) présente une plaque transparente résistant aux chocs (18), une fente de réception (6) qui accueille cette plaque (18) et une poignée pivotante (11) située sur le côté opposé de cette plaque (18) tournant autour d'un axe de pivotement (9) situé dans l'élément de fermeture (2) et parallèle aux deux bords, poignée pivotante (11) qui comporte une tige de support (12) parallèle à cet axe de pivotement (9) mais séparée de celui-ci. Sur cette tige de support (12), un élément de liaison (16) attaché au bord voisin de la plaque (18) est fixé de manière pivotante.
  2. Passe-plat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fente de réception (6) est prévue dans la partie supérieure de l'élément de fermeture (2) et l'axe de pivotement (9) dans la partie inférieure de celui-ci.
  3. Passe-plat selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que deux butées (14,15) sont installées dans l'élément de fermeture (2) aux extrémités des rails de mouvement de la tige de support (12), butées (14,15) qui définissent la position la plus élevée et la plus basse de la dite tige (12).
  4. Passe-plat selon l'une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (11) possède deux coulisses parallèles (10) et une tige de préhension (20) maintenue par les coulisses (10), de sorte que l'axe de pivotement (9) et la tige de support (12) soient placés dans les coulisses (10).
  5. Passe-plat selon l'une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (11) est équipée d'au moins une goupille de fixation amovible (21) placée dans l'élément de fermeture (2) et servant de dispositif d'arrêt.
  6. Passe-plat selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la ou les goupille(s) (21) est(sont) fixée(s) dans une coulisse ou dans les deux coulisses (10) de la poignée (11).
  7. Passe-plat selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque goupille (21) est poussée par un ressort dans la direction de sa position d'arrêt.
  8. Passe-plat selon l'une des revendications de 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque goupille (21) est équipée d'un levier de déverrouillage (24).
  9. Passe-plat selon l'une des revendications de 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les goupilles (21) sont équipées d'un levier de déverrouillage commun.
  10. Passe-plat selon l'une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (11) forme un support pour la plaque (18) lorsque celle-ci est ouverte.
  11. Passe-plat selon l'une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce qu'il possède une plaque de fermeture opaque pivotante (27) recouvrant l'ouverture du passe-plat et reposant sur l'élément de fermeture (2).
