Claims (7)

  1. Cornière de protection pour rouleaux, avec deux parties distinctes (1, 2) par arête à protéger, une première partie comprenant une bande (1) destinée à protéger une arête et divisée en direction longitudinale (A) en au moins deux raies longitudinales (6, 7) munies respectivement d'une première et d'une seconde couche adhésive (8, 9), ces couches étant situées latéralement côte à côte et la seconde raie (7) étant composée de pattes (10) qui s'étendent à partir de la première raie (6) en direction latérale de la bande (1), et une seconde partie étant prévue sous forme d'un disque (2), la première raie (6) étant destinée à être appliquée à proximité d'une arête sur la périphérie (3) d'un rouleau (4) à protéger et à y adhérer au moyen de la première couche adhésive (8), les pattes (10) étant destinées à être positionnées sur la face latérale (5) du rouleau (4) à protéger, le disque (2) étant destiné à adhérer sur la seconde couche adhésive (9) des pattes (10) positionnées sur la surface latérale (5) du rouleau (4), caractérisée en ce que la première raie longitudinale (6) porte sur sa face intérieure la première couche adhésive (8) recouverte d'une première feuille de protection, et que la seconde raie longitudinale (7) porte sur sa face extérieure la seconde couche adhésive (9) recouverte d'une seconde feuille de protection.
  2. Cornière de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les pattes (10) de la seconde raie (7) sont triangulaires.
  3. Cornière de protection selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la bande (1) est en un carton ondulé de type sandwich, les sommets des ondulations d'une feuille ondulée centrale adhérant des deux côtés à des couches planes.
  4. Cornière de protection selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le disque (2) est en un carton ondulé de type sandwich.
  5. Cornière de protection selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le disque (2) est en forme d'anneau.
  6. Ruban pour former deux bandes (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en son étendue longitudinale (A) le ruban (13) comporte dans la partie centrale de son premier côté une première couche adhésive (9) munie d'une première feuille de protection, et qu'il comporte sur son second côté deux couches adhésives (8) situées à une certaine distance l'une de l'autre et munie chacune d'une feuille de protection, ladite distance correspondant à la largeur de la première couche adhésive (9) située sur le premier côté.
  7. Procédé pour fabriquer des bandes (1) de la cornière de protection selon la revendication 1 à partir d'un ruban selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on découpe longitudinalement au moyen d'une lame en zigzag (14) le ruban (13) dans sa partie centrale en deux bandes (1), à l'exception de points d'attache à déchirer (15).
