Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour déplacer les supports-paliers (15, 16) de cylindres de format (18) et de rouleaux d'encrage (17) d'un groupe imprimeur (3) dans des guidages de chariot (12) des consoles de groupe imprimeur (4) d'une machine d'impression rotative (1) par des commandes à tiges filetées (7) entraînées par des moteurs pas à pas (11), caractérisé en ce que les deux supports-paliers (15, 16) sont guidés sur un guidage de chariot commun (12) par une tige filetée commune (7) avec un pas uniforme des filetages, en ce que la tige filetée (7) traverse des écrous (23, 27) des deux supports-paliers (15, 16) dont un (23) est relié solidement à un support-palier (15), et respectivement, à un chariot (13) et l'autre (27) est relié de façon rotative mais non déplaçable axialement à l'autre support-palier (16) et, respectivement, au chariot (14) de celui-ci, et en ce que la tige filetée (7) et l'écrou tournant (27) peuvent être entraînés par deux moteurs pas à pas (11, 32) associés respectivement à ceux-ci de façon que par une commande correspondante des moteurs pas à pas (11, 32), les supports-paliers (15, 16) peuvent être déplacés aussi bien de manière synchrone que de manière asynchrone.
- Dispositif pour déplacer les supports-paliers (15', 16') de cylindres de format (18') et de rouleaux d'encrage (17') d'un groupe imprimeur dans des guidages de chariot des consoles de groupe imprimeur (4') d'une machine d'impression rotative par des commandes à tiges filetées entraînées par des moteurs pas à pas, caractérisé en ce que les deux supports-paliers (15', 16') sont guidés sur un guidage de chariot commun par une tige filetée commune (7') avec un pas uniforme des filetages, en ce que la tige filetée (7') est tenue immobile en rotation et non déplaçable axialement dans le bâti de machine et traverse des écrous (27', 27'') des deux supports-paliers (15', 16') qui sont reliés respectivement de façon rotative mais non déplaçable axialement aux supports-paliers (15', 16'), et en ce que les écrous (27', 27'') peuvent être entraînés par deux moteurs pas à pas (32', 32'') associés respectivement à ceux-ci de façon que par une commande correspondante des moteurs pas à pas (32', 32''), les supports (15', 16') peuvent être déplacés aussi bien de manière synchrone que de manière asynchrone.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les écrous (27, 27', 27'') pouvant tourner relativement aux supports-paliers sont logés dans des manchons (25, 25', 25'') qui sont logés de façon rotative dans les supports-paliers (15', 16') ou dans les chariots portant ceux-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que des roues dentées motrices (29, 29', 29'') sont fixées sur les douilles prolongées des manchons.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les roues dentées motrices sont entraînées par des commandes à courroie avec les roues dentées menées des moteurs électriques, et respectivement, des moteurs pas à pas (32, 32', 32'') ou par les engrenages réducteurs entraînés par ceux-ci.
