Claims (9)
- Dispositif de racle, comprenant un siège pour un ressort à lame (2) servant d'élément de racle, ou relié à un tel élément, et agencé de façon à pouvoir être serré, dans sa zone éloignée de l'arête d'enduction de l'élément de racle, au moyen d'un élément de serrage (5, 5') qui applique ce ressort à lame contre une butée (6), caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone de serrage, il est prévu une gouttière (3, 3') parallèle à ladite arête d'enduction et située à l'endroit du siège du ressort à lame (2) et en ce que, ou bien une série d'émetteurs d'impulsions oscillatoires (7) est disposée, s'étendant le long de la gouttière (3), dans une paroi (19) de cette gouttière (3) qui est éloignée du ressort à lame (2), ou bien il est prévu, à l'intérieur de la gouttière (3'), un dispositif oscillant (21), en forme de tige et d'une longueur correspondante, auquel est accouplé, sur l'une de ses faces frontales ou sur les deux, un émetteur d'impulsions oscillatoires (27).
- Dispositif de racle suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage du ressort à lame (2) est constitué par une plaque-poussoir (5, 5') qui est disposée pratiquement dans la partie supérieure de la gouttière (3, 3').
- Dispositif de racle suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, comme émetteur d'impulsions oscillatoires (7, 27), il est prévu des éléments piézo-électriques ou des éléments à magnétostriction présentant une fréquence émettrice comprise entre 20 et 80 kHz.
- Dispositif de racle suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les émetteurs d'impulsions oscillatoires (7) sont disposés dans une barre (20) située en regard de la butée (6) et pouvant être déplacée suivant un mouvement de va-et-vient parallèlement à la gouttière (3).
- Dispositif de racle suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les émetteurs d'impulsions oscillatoires (7) sont recouverts par une ou plusieurs tôles oscillantes (9).
- Dispositif de racle suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément oscillant (21) en forme de tige est constitué d'un métal à module d'élasticité plus élevé, tel que le titane.
- Dispositif de racle suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément oscillant (21) en forme de tige est agencé de façon à pouvoir être déplacé suivant un mouvement de va-et-vient suivant la direction de son axe longitudinal.
- Dispositif de racle suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément oscillant (21) en forme de tige prend appui, en au moins certains emplacements de ses noeuds d'oscillation, sur des paliers (22) qui sont réalisés en une matière plastique, telle que polyuréthanne.
- Procédé de mise en oeuvre d'un dispositif d'enduction, caractérisé en ce qu'on nettoie le siège de la lame d'enduction ou du support de racle au moyen d'une masse de liquide mise sous une fréquence d'ultrasons.
