Ce dispositif comprend plusieurs générateurs d'ultrasons (1), des transducteurs ultrasonores (2) et une ou plusieurs sonotrodes (3) sensiblement planes. L'unité regroupant la sonotrode (3), le transducteur ultrasonore (2) et le générateur (1) peut être guidée de manière mobile sur un coussin fluide délimité par un système de lèvres d'étanchéité (8,9), sur toute la surface d'usage à nettoyer.
