Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zur Uberführung von Verschlussplatten, Deckeln oder dergleichen in einer Maschine zur keimfreien Aufbereitung von irgendwelchen Behältern, derjenigen Gattung, die darin besteht, die Deckel zu ergreifen, um sie dann zur Maschine hin zu befördern, wo sie in keimfreier Atmosphäre auf den irgendwelche Ware bzw. irgendwelches Nahrungsmittel enthaltenden Behältern, die durch die besagten Deckel verschlossen werden sollen, abgelegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, um die Deckel (O) zur Maschine hin zu befördern, man jeden Deckel mit einer ersten Zange (7,7), die einen Teil eines ersten langgestreckten Zangentraggliedes (5), das entlang seiner Längsrichtung gemäss einer Wechselbewegung antreibbar ist, bildet, man dann den eingeklemmten Deckel in Richtung auf der Maschine zu (Pfeil H) bewegt, man den Deckel mit einer zweiten, gegenüber der ersten Zange liegenden Zange (10, 10) wieder aufnimmt, wobei die zweite Zange einen Teil eines zweiten langgestreckten Zangentraggliedes (8), das translationsfest in Bezug auf das erste Glied ist, bildet, man den Deckel durch die erste Zange loslässt, die man in ihre Ausgangsstellung (Pfeil I) zurückkommen lässt, damit sie einen zweiten Deckel ergreifen kann, während man gleichzeitig, mit Hilfe einer dritten Zange (7, 7), die einen Teil des ersten Gliedes (5) bildet, dem sich in Bereitschaftsstellung befindenden und bereits durch die zweite Zange (10, 10) ergriffenen Deckel einklemmt, man diese zweite Zange öffnet, man die beiden jeweils durch die erste und die dritte Zange ergriffenen Deckel in Richtung auf die Maschine hin überführt, man sodann die beiden Deckel mit zwei gegenüber der ersten und der dritten Zange liegenden Zangen (10, 10), die einen Teil des zweiten Gliedes (8) bilden, wieder aufnimmt und so weiter.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Deckel in der Aufbereitungsmaschine auf einen Behälter, unter welchem man einen zu verschliessenden Behälter schiebt, abgelegt wird und man ein vorheriges punktartiges Schweissen des Deckels an dem Behälter durchführt unter Freilegung dieses Deckels von dem Behälter durch einen Schub auf die obere Fläche des Deckels, wonach man das Heißsiegeln des Deckels an dem Behälter durchführt.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens zwei etwa parallele, langgestreckte und mit einem Ende in eine Umhüllung (E) zur keimfreien Aufbereitung von Behältern eingreifende Zangentragglieder (5, 8) umfasst, wobei eines (5) dieser Glieder entlang seiner Längsrichtung gemäss einer Wechselbewegung in Bezug auf das andere Zangentragglied (8), das translationsfest bleibt, angetrieben werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Tragglied (5, 8) durch zwei parallele drehbare Stangen (6, 9) gebildet ist, welche jeweils eine Reihenfolge von Platten oder dergleichen (7, 10), die zwischen den beiden Zangentraggliedern einandergegenüber liegen, aufweisen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasjenige Ende der Tragglieder (5, 8) oder der vorgenannten Stangen (6, 9), das demjenigen in die Aufbereitungsumhüllung (E) eingreifenden Ende entgegengesetzt ist, mit einem Rahmen (3) verbunden ist, der einen Speicher (12) für Deckel (O), ein System (14) mit Saugnäpfchen zur Uberführung der Deckel (O) vom Speicher (12) zum bewegbaren Zangentragglied (5) hin und Mittel (M, L, Q) zur Betätigung des besagten Uberführungssystems und des besagten bewegbaren Zangentraggliedes aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zangentragglieder (5, 8) zwischen dem Rahmen (3) und der Aufbereitungsmaschine einen Brückensteg bilden, unterhalb welchem ein System (G) zur Sterilisierung der Deckel (O) während deren Bewegung angeordnet ist und die von einem den Rahmen (3) mit der keimfreien Umhüllung (E) dicht verbindenden Tunnel (T) umgeben ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Ausbereitungsmaschine und oberhalb des Endes der beiden Tragglieder (5, 8) wenigstens eine mindestens einen Behälter (16) für die Deckel (O) tragende und durch einen das bewegliche Zangentragglied (5) tragenden Schlitten (11) senkrecht betätigbare Stange (17) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Stange (17) über wenigstens einen Hebel oder dergleichen (18) betätigbar ist und zwischen Mitteln (20a) zum Schieben der Behälter (R) und einem Kopf (21) zur vorherigen punktartigen Schweissung der Deckel (O) an den Behältern (R) zwischengefügt ist.
