Definitions

  • a hook-like end at the rear end of the contact lever hits against a fixed stop on the support of the bearing pin when opening and in this way moves the contact lever relative to the bearing pin using the game mentioned.
  • the contact pieces meet in a different position than they existed in the previous switch-on state. This situation is now brought about with simultaneous occurrence of a sliding movement between the contacting contact pieces in that one of the surfaces of the bearing opening of the contact lever slides on the stationary bearing pin when the bearing-side end of the contact lever is pressed towards the end of the switching-on process.
  • the object of the invention is to reliably and repeatably effect the relative movement between the switching pieces touching one another when the switch is turned on.
  • the invention is based on a low-voltage circuit breaker with the following features: A lever contact arrangement consisting of a pivoted contact lever and a movable contact piece attached to the front end thereof; a fixed mating contact piece with a fixed contact piece attached thereto; a stationary bearing pin for pivotable mounting of the contact lever, which passes through a bearing opening of the contact lever with play; a fixed support of the bearing pin with a working surface which cooperates with the contact lever in the sense of the displacement of the contact lever in its longitudinal direction when pivoting the contact lever for switching on and off.
  • the bearing end of the contact lever is designed as a sliding or rolling surface and the working surface of the carrier is formed obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the contact lever.
  • FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 represent the switch-on process from the fully open position to the first contact of the contact pieces, while Figures 4 and 5 illustrate the subsequent displacement of the contact lever in its longitudinal direction.
  • the lever contact arrangement shown in FIG. 1 and in the following figures has a pivotably mounted contact lever 1 with a switching piece 2 attached to its front end.
  • the pivot bearing of the contact lever 1 is formed by a stationary bearing pin 3 and a recess 4, which extends through it in an approximately triangular manner and allows the contact lever 1 to be displaced in its longitudinal direction relative to the bearing pin 3.
  • the bearing pin 3 is fastened to a carrier 5, which can also be part of a current-transmitting joint arrangement.
  • the clutch lever 10 On its side remote from the bearing pin 3, the clutch lever 10 has a cam track 11 which interacts with a roller 12.
  • a tension spring 13 supported on the bearing pin 3 or an adjacent component prestresses the roller 12 against the cam track 11 by means of a guide pin 14.
  • a recess 15 adapted to the roller 12 in the cam track 11 and an elongated hole 16 provided in the contact lever 1 are matched to one another in such a way that the guide pin 14 bears against the inner end of the elongated hole 16 and thus prestresses the contact lever 1 in the direction of the carrier 5 as long as the contact pieces 2 and 6 do not touch.
  • the clutch lever 10 and the roller 12 can be arranged symmetrically on both sides of the contact lever.

Claims (2)

  1. Disjoncteur basse tension présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    un dispositif de contact à levier, constitué d'un levier de contact (1) monté pivotant et d'un élément de coupure (2) mobile monté sur l'extrémité avant de ce levier;
    une pièce de contact antagoniste (7) fixe, sur laquelle est monté de façon fixe une pièce de coupure (6);
    un tourillon fixe (3) pour le montage pivotant du levier de contact (1), qui traverse avec jeu une ouverture de palier (4) du levier de contact (1);
    un support fixe (5) du tourillon (3), ayant une surface de travail (21) qui, lors du pivotement du levier de contact (1) coopère, pour la fermeture et l'ouverture, avec le levier de contact (1) en vue d'un déplacement du levier de contact (1) dans sa direction longitudinale,
       caractérisé par les caractéristiques supplémentaires suivantes :
    l'extrémité, située du côté du palier, du levier de contact (1) est réalisée sous la forme d'une surface de glissement ou de roulement (20);
    la surface de travail (21) du support (5) est agencée de manière à s'étendre obliquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du levier de contact (1).
  2. Disjoncteur basse tension suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'entre une butée fixe (3) et la partie avant du levier de contact (1) est dispose un ressort (13) qui précontraint le levier de contact (1) contre la surface oblique de travail (21).
