Claims (12)

1. Bande et outil pour enrouler et tendre une bande autour d'un objet oblong, la bande (2) comprenant une languette (3) et un fermoir (4) qui présente une ouverture (7) pour recevoir la languette (3), et l'outil présentant un guide d'enroulement (12, 13, 14) pouvant être fermé autour de l'objet et destiné à la bande (2) prête à être fermée, avec un support de fixation (20) pour le fermoir (4), un guide (17) approximativement aligné avec le support de fixation (20) et destiné à l'extrémité libre (8) de la languette (3), et un mécanisme disposé entre le support de fixation (20) et le guide (17) pour produire un mouvement relatif enfilant l'extrémité libre (8) dans l'ouverture (7), caractérisés en ce que la languette (3) présente un évidement central (9) et le mécanisme pour produire le mouvement relatif présente un doigt d'avancement (30) coopérant avec l'évidement.
2. Bande et outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que le doigt d'avancement (30), le guide (17) et la bande (2) sont conçus pour la transmission, par le doigt d'avancement à la bande, de forces agissant sensiblement exclusivement dans le plan commun à l'axe médian de la bande et à l'axe médian du doigt d'avancement.
3. Bande et outil selon la revendication 2, caractérisés en ce que le doigt d'avancement (30), le guide (17) et la bande (2) sont conçus pour la transmission, par le doigt d'avancement à la bande, de forces dirigées sensiblement exclusivement en direction de l'extrémité libre (8) de la languette de la bande.
4. Bande et outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisés en ce que l'extrémité libre (8) de la bande et le guide (17) pour cette extrémité libre sont réalisés rectilignes, en ce que la bande est réalisée en une matière synthétique viscoplastique et le guide de bande (15) présente un rayon de courbure inférieur à celui de la bande relâchée, de sorte que l'extrémité libre (8) de la bande est pressée dans le guide (17).
5. Bande et outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisés en ce que le guide (32) du doigt d'avancement (30) est réalisé parallèle au guide (17) pour l'extrémité libre (8) de la bande.
6. Bande et outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisés en ce que le guide (17) pour l'extrémité libre de la bande est formé par un volet de dégagement (14) qui peut prendre, en plus d'une première position (figures 2 et 4) dans laquelle le guide (17) arrive sur le support de fixation (20), une seconde position (figure 5) dans laquelle il est plus éloigné du support de fixation (20), et en ce que des moyens de commande (23, 25, 27) sont prévus pour commander la position du volet de dégagement (14) de façon qu'il prenne la première position lors de l'introduction de l'extrémité de la bande dans le fermoir et se déporte dans la seconde position lors de la tension de la bande.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le guide (17) est fendu (33) et le doigt d'avancement (30) peut être déplacé entre les bords latéraux de la fente constituant le guide (17), dans la direction de la fente.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'avancement est guidé contre le volet de dégagement (14).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que des moyens d'entraînement différents (respectivement 23, 25, 27 et 35, 36, 37, 38) sont prévus pour le volet de dégagement (14) et le doigt d'avancement (30).
10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort (35), qui est retendu au cours d'une autre période du cycle de travail de l'outil, est prévu pour l'entraînement du doigt d'avancement (30).
11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des disques à cames (26, 27, 38), qui accomplissent une révolution pendant un cycle de travail complet, sont prévus pour la commande du déplacement du volet de dégagement (14) et pour la tension et éventuellement le relâchement du ressort d'avancement (35), ainsi qu'éventuellement pour la commande du déplacement d'autres éléments.
12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (35) est disposé sur le volet de dégagement (14) et une transmission à câble (36) est prévue pour le mouvement de tension.
