Claims (10)
- Serrure de capot ou de porte de véhicule automobile, comprenant une clavette de fermeture (2) logée dans un boîtier (1) et montée sur le capot, en particulier sur un capot de coffre ou sur un cadre, et des éléments de fermeture tels qu'un pêne tournant et un cliquet d'arrêt, montés sur un cadre pour le capot ou sur un capot et respectivement un capot de coffre, la clavette de fermeture (2), entraînée par moteur, pouvant être rentrée par rapport au boîtier (1) et donc par rapport au capot, d'une position d'ouverture sortie à une position de fermeture rentrée et étant couplée à cet effet avec un entraînement par moteur par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme à leviers (3), et le boîtier (1) comprenant un guidage (4) pour la clavette de fermeture (2) alors que le mécanisme à leviers (3) est muni d'un élément de transmission de force (5) qui agit entre l'entraînement et la clavette de fermeture (2), caractérisée par le fait que l'entraînement réalisé notamment sous la forme d'un entraînement pneumatique avec ressort de rappel ou analogue, n'agit que dans une direction - direction de fermeture - alors qu'il peut être ramené automatiquement dans le sens opposé, que l'élément de transmission de force (5) est ou peut être couplé en entraînement avec la clavette de fermeture (2) dans le sens de fermeture et qu'il est libéré dans le sens opposé, qu'il est prévu un levier de commande (6) entraîné dans la direction de fermeture par l'élément de transmission de force (5) et commandé par ressort dans le sens opposé, que le levier de commande (6) se déplace avec un élément d'engagement (7) dans une coulisse de commande (8) et que l'élément d'engagement (7) peut être amené, par un mouvement dans la direction de fermeture, à partir d'une butée de repos en position d'ouverture (9) en contact avec une butée de maintien en position de fermeture (10) et ramené, par un nouveau mouvement dans la direction de fermeture, de la butée de maintien en position de fermeture (10) vers la butée de repos en position d'ouverture (9).

- Serrure de capot de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que la clavette de fermeture (2) est ou peut être couplée avec un toc d'entraînement (11) commandé par ressort dans la direction d'ouverture, et que le toc d'entraînement (11) est ou peut être couplé avec l'élément de transmission de force (5).
- Serrure de capot de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait qu'au toc d'entraînement (11) est associé un cliquet d'arrêt (12) commandé par ressort dans le sens de l'encliquetage, que le cliquet d'arrêt (12) s'enclenche dans un cran d'arrêt (13) prévu sur le toc d'entraînement (11), et que le cliquet d'arrêt (12) peut être dégagé du cran d'arrêt (13) par le levier de commande (6) lors d'un nouveau mouvement dans la direction de fermeture.
- Serrure de capot de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que les mouvements de l'élément de transmission de force (5), du levier de commande (6) et éventuellement du toc d'entraînement (11) sont des mouvements courbes, raison pour laquelle l'élément de transmission de force (5), le levier de commande (6) et éventuellement le toc d'entraînement (11) sont réalisés sous la forme de leviers pivotants qui tournent de préférence autour d'un seul et même axe de pivotement (15).
- Serrure de capot de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'entre l'élément de transmission de force (5) et la clavette de fermeture (2) et respectivement le toc d'entraînement (11) est prévu un mécanisme d'encliquetage (16), que dans la position d'ouverture de la clavette de fermeture (2), le mécanisme d'encliquetage (16) n'est pas bloqué et que l'élément de transmission de force (5) effectue éventuellement une course à vide dans la direction de fermeture, qu'entre la position d'ouverture et la position de fermeture est prévue une position de fermeture préliminaire de la clavette de fermeture (2) et que dans la position de fermeture préliminaire, le mécanisme d'encliquetage (16) est bloqué.
- Serrure de capot de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que la clavette de fermeture (2) ou le toc d'entraînement (11) placé dans la position d'ouverture ou dans la position de fermeture préliminaire, mais (encore) avant l'actionnement du mécanisme d'entraînement, est bloqué par un levier d'arrêt (18) qui empêche son déplacement dans la direction de fermeture, et que le levier d'arrêt (18) n'est dégagé que lors de l'actionnement du mécanisme d'entraînement.
- Serrure de capot de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que la coulisse de commande (8) s'étend sur plusieurs plans fonctionnels parallèles du mécanisme à leviers (3), que de préférence un bras de déclenchement (14) du cliquet d'arrêt (12) se situe avec la butée de maintien en position de fermeture (10) dans un même plan fonctionnel, et que la coulisse de commande (8) comprend, pour le mouvement de l'élément d'engagement (7), des surfaces de guidage inclinées (20) correspondantes, de préférence entre les différents plans fonctionnels.
- Serrure de capot de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que le levier de commande (6) est constitué fondamentalement de deux parties, à savoir d'un cadre rigide (22) entraîné par l'élément de transmission de force (5) et d'un élément intérieur (23) logé dans le cadre (22) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport audit cadre (22) et comprenant l'élément d'engagement (7).
- Serrure de capot de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que l'élément intérieur (23) est monté sur un axe (24) disposé transversalement dans le cadre (22) et qu'il peut pivoter autour de cet axe (24), de sorte que l'élément d'engagement (7) peut atteindre les différents plans fonctionnels de la coulisse de commande (8) et que, grâce à une liaison par trou oblong ou analogue, il peut de préférence effectuer, en plus, un mouvement longitudinal par rapport à l'axe (24) de manière que l'élément d'engagement (7) peut éventuellement sortir de la coulisse de commande (8) sur les surfaces de guidage inclinées (20).
