Claims (7)

  1. Aide à la fermeture d'une portière de véhicule, d'un capot moteur, d'un coffre, d'un hayon ou similaire, muni d'une serrure, caractérisée en ce que :
    a) l'aide à la fermeture (1 ; 20) comprend un élément de fermeture (10-10"' ; 27) en forme d'axe ou d'étrier ;
    b) l'élément de fermeture (10-10"' ; 27) est déplaçable, à l'aide d'un dispositif d'entraînement (2) comportant un moteur d'entraînement (3) avec mécanisme (4) en aval, d'une position de déverrouillage vers une position de verrouillage d'une part, et peut être enserré par un loquet en forme de fourche (13) associé à la serrure de portière d'autre part, de manière que l'élément de fermeture (10 ; 27) entraîne, lors de son déplacement vers la position de verrouillage, la portière de véhicule dans sa position finale fermée par l'intermédiaire du loquet en forme de fourche (13) ;

    e) le système de levier d'élément de fermeture (9-9'"; 21) est conçu pour absorber des forces générées lors du claquement de la portière de véhicule de manière telle que ces forces engendrent un mouvement de pivotement du système de levier d'élément de fermeture (9-9"'; 21) qui n'agit pas de manière essentielle sur le dispositif d'entraînement (2) relié au système de levier d'élément de fermeture (9-9"' ; 21),
    caractérisé en ce que le système de levier d'élément de fermeture (9-9"'; 21) comprend au moins deux leviers partiels (14-14", 15-15"), le premier levier partiel (14-14") pivotant autour d'un premier axe de rotation (11-11 ") étant relié à l'élément de fermeture (10-10") et le deuxième levier partiel (15-15") pivotant autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation (11", 44, 44') étant relié au dispositif d'entraînement (2) de l'aide à la fermeture (1), et les deux leviers partiels (14-14", 15-15") pouvant être reliés par l'intermédiaire d'un entraîneur (41-41 ") monté sur le premier ou le deuxième levier partiel, de manière qu'à l'activation du dispositif d'entraînement (2), le deuxième levier partiel (15-15") entraîne le premier levier partiel (14-14") et qu'en cas d'apparition de forces de claquement exercées sur l'élément de fermeture (10-10"), ces dernières provoquent un pivotement du premier levier partiel (14-14") par rapport au deuxième levier partiel (15-15") à l'encontre de la pression exercée par un ressort (42-42").
  2. Aide à la fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux leviers partiels pivotent autour d'un axe de rotation (11, 11 ", 44') commun.
  3. Aide à la fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux leviers partiels (14, 15) du système de levier d'élément de fermeture (9) sont disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans le sens axial et en ce que l'entraîneur (41) est monté sur le premier levier partiel (14) ou le deuxième levier partiel (15) de manière telle que l'activation du dispositif d'entraînement (2) entraîne un pivotement des deux leviers partiels (14, 15) ensemble autour du premier axe de rotation (11).
  4. Aide à la fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le premier levier partiel (14') est monté pivotant autour du premier axe de rotation (11') sur le deuxième levier partiel (15'), et en ce que l'entraîneur (41') est monté sur le premier levier partiel (14') ou le deuxième levier partiel (15') de manière telle que l'activation du dispositif d'entraînement (2) entraîne un pivotement des deux leviers partiels (14', 15') ensemble autour du deuxième axe de rotation (44').
  5. Aide à la fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en que les deux leviers partiels (14", 15") pivotent autour du même axe de rotation (11 ").
  6. Aide à la fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture (10-10"' ; 27) est relié au premier levier partiel (14-14") du système de levier d'élément de fermeture (9-9"'; 21) de manière à former une seule pièce.
  7. Aide à la fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité (8) du deuxième levier partiel (15-15") tournée vers le dispositif d'entraînement (2) de l'aide à la fermeture (1 ; 20) est réalisée sous la forme d'une fourche et en ce que les deux branches de l'extrémité (8) en forme de fourche enserrent latéralement la came de commande (7) du dispositif d'entraînement (2).
