  • a closure according to the invention can be produced with a two-part injection mold.
  • the closure can be designed so that the extension of the cover disappears in the closed position in a flat recess in the lower part. This gives the closure a pleasing appearance. No parts protrude significantly outwards, so that the application of the closure is not hindered by conventional sealing machines.
  • the known closure according to Figure 3 has a lower part 2 with an internal thread 4 for screwing onto the mouth of a bottle or a container. It has an outlet opening 6 and an outer wall 8 which is bulged. From the bottom 10 of the lower part, the outer wall widens in its upper section 8.1 up to a plane 12 which runs transversely to the longitudinal axis 14 of the closure. The lower part widens abruptly there, and the lower section 8.3 of the outer wall 8 then tapers downward.
  • the lid 16 is hinged at the jump point of the lower part, namely in the plane 12.
  • the cover has a slightly greater height than the upper section 8.1.
