Claims (7)
- Procédé pour fabriquer un corps de roue à godets comportant un corps de support (2) formé d'une seule tôle et qui possède une forme approximativement tronconique en coupe transversale et est conformé par emboutissage profond de la tôle de telle sorte que sur le corps de support (2) est formé, lorsqu'on regarde dans la direction radiale, dans la zone circonférentielle extérieure du point de vue radial du corps de support, un support annulaire (3) servant à recevoir les godets, et que dans la zone circonférentielle, intérieure du point de vue radial, du corps de support (3) est formée une autre partie arrondie (4) servant à recevoir un corps formant moyeu (12) approximativement en forme de disque en coupe transversale et possédant une ouverture centrale de passage (13), la zone terminale de la partie arrondie (4), intérieure du point de vue radial, prenant appui, au-dessus de l'ouverture de passage (13), et la surface circonférentielle (15), extérieure du point de vue radial, du corps (12) du moyeu prenant appui sur la partie de forme tronconique du corps de support (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (2) est réalisé, ainsi que les parties arrondies formées sur ce corps, en une étape opératoire.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (2) possède, lorsqu'on regarde dans la direction radiale, un profil approximativement en forme de S en coupe transversale.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des supports ou des brides circonférentielles (9) destinés à recevoir les godets sont fixés par soudage, d'une manière uniformément répartie sur la périphérie, dans la zone de la partie arrondie (3), extérieure du point de vue radial, du corps de support (2).
- Corps de roue à godets comportant un corps de support (2) réalisé avec une forme conique en coupe transversale et qui est monté rotatif sur l'arbre d'entraînement (16) par l'intermédiaire d'un corps de moyeu (12) relié au corps de support (2), et comporte, dans sa zone circonférentielle extérieure, un support annulaire (3) recevant les godets, caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes :- le corps de support (2), le support annulaire (3) et le support de moyeu (4) sont réalisés d'un seul tenant,- le corps de support (2), le support annulaire (3) et le support de moyeu (4) possèdent une section transversale approximativement en forme de S, le support annulaire arrondi (3) et le support de moyeu (4) également arrondi étant formés respectivement sur la surface circonférentielle intérieure et sur la surface circonférentielle extérieure du corps de support (2),- dans la zone circonférentielle, intérieure du point de vue radial, du corps de support (2) est disposé un corps de moyeu (12) approximativement en forme de disque transversal et possédant une ouverture centrale de passage (13) de sorte que l'extrémité de la partie arrondie, intérieure du point de vue radial, du support de moyeu (4) prend appui, au-dessus de l'ouverture de passage (13), et la surface circonférentielle (15), extérieure du point de vue radial, du corps de moyeu (12) prend appui sur la partie de forme tronconique du corps de support (2).
- Corps de roue à godets selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau du support annulaire (3), il est prévu une bride circonférentielle (9) servant à fixer les supports (10) qui reçoivent les godets.
- Corps de roue à godets selon les revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que des supports (10) servant à recevoir les godets sont soudés dans la partie ouverte (5) du support annulaire (3), en étant uniformément répartis sur la périphérie.
