Abstract

La présente invention est relative au procédé pour obtenir une poulie en tôle mince. Dans un procédé selon la présente invention, on prépare d'abord la partie cylindrique centrale 3, à partir d'un flan, puis on maintient le flan par sa partie médiane 5 et on façonne la périphérie, c'est-à-dire par exemple des nervures 6, une gorge 7, tout en maintenant le flan par sa partie médiane 5, par exemple à l'aide d'un serre-flan tubulaire et d'une pièce d'appui. Ensuite, on emmanche à force le moyeu 2 dans la partie cylindrique 3 et on obtient ainsi une poulie à la fois légere et de précision. Application à la construction mécanique de grande série.
