It is essential, however, that the spring legs spread outward in the shape of a bow in the relaxed state in the closed position of the cap cover keep the latter under a relatively high pretensioning force. - the leaf spring 35 exerts an increasing pretensioning force on the cap lid 12 in its closing direction and tends to pivot the cap lid 12 back into the closed position according to FIG. 1 when it is released by the operator, due to the deformation of the originally curved first and second legs 37, 38 is so great that the cap cover 12 always returns to its closed position with certainty.
