Definitions

  • the invention relates to a support for a multi-layer, surface-elastic sports hall floor or the like, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Beams of this type are usually laid in a parallel arrangement on the sub-floor, for example made of raw concrete, and take up the walking floor with the interposition of a blind floor, for example made of special pressure distribution boards (e.g. plywood boards, particle boards) with a top covering. Due to their structure, the beams are to a large extent decisive for the dynamic and static deformation behavior of the surface-elastic floor, which is specified in DIN 18 032 Part 2.
  • a vibrating support with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known.
  • This vibrating support supports the two mutually vibrating and rigidly connected to each other via the spacers Gurtbrettlage on rubber-elastic bearing blocks that are below the spacers.
  • This known vibrating beam allows surface-elastic sports hall floors to be constructed that meet the requirements of DIN 18 032, Part 2, whereby the known design principle is based on the basic idea of coordinating the upper belt board subdivision with the choice of the support body in connection with the arrangement of the spacers above the support body to take advantage of the progressive spring / damping behavior of the supports to even out the spring properties and the deflection of the floor. Investigations have shown in detail that the stresses in the construction which occur when such supports are loaded with such supports are distributed relatively inhomogeneously in the components of the ground construction.
  • a vibrating support for sports hall floors is known, in which the support bodies are arranged offset to the spacers.
  • the upper layer of the belt board like the lower one, is designed to be continuous, which means that the elasticity and power reduction characteristics of the floor required in sports operations can only be achieved by accepting a relatively large deflection trough.
  • the invention has for its object to develop a support for a multi-layer surface elastic sports hall floor according to the preamble of claim 1 such that dynamic loads on the floor result in a uniform distribution of stresses in the individual structural parts of the floor.
  • the displacement of the supports to the spacers provided according to the invention ensures that no load is introduced directly into the supports; rather, more or less both belt board layers of the wearer are involved in the application of force from the walking floor to the sub-floor, so that the wood of the belt board layers is the decisive elastic moment of the wearer and thus of the sports hall floor.
  • a very uniform deformation behavior and, consequently, a balanced distribution of stress on all structural parts of the floor are achieved, so that a very low stress or dynamic load occurs in the respective structural part and the fracture resistance is accordingly substantially above the required values.
  • the carrier shown has an upper flange I and a lower flange 2, which are connected to one another via spacers 3.
  • the upper chord 1 consists of a plurality of chord boards 1 ', each of which extends from the center to the center of the spacers to form parting lines 4.
  • the lower flange 2 consists of a continuous belt board 2 ', the length of which corresponds to that of the entire carrier and is approximately 4 m.
  • the width of the belt boards 1 'and 2' is approximately 100 mm, while their thickness is 17 to 22 mm.
  • the length of the belt boards 1 'of the upper belt 1 is approximately 500 to 700 mm.
  • the spacers 3 are approximately square plates, for example made of plywood, whose edge length corresponds to the width of the belt boards and whose thickness is between 3 and 5 mm.
  • the belt boards of the upper belt 1 and the lower belt 2 are connected by screwing them from below via the respective spacers 3.
  • supports 5 are attached to the underside of the belt board 2 'of the lower flange 2, in the exemplary embodiment one support 5 in the middle between adjacent spacers, and one support 5 at each end of the belt board 2'.
  • the supports 5 are cuboidal support bodies with plane-parallel support surfaces which support the belt board 2 'of the lower flange 2 over its entire width.
  • the supports 5 are rigid and made of wood, in particular hardwood or wooden materials, such as Plywood, particle board, hardboard or the like. As shown in Fig. 1, the supports slightly exceed the width of the belt boards.
  • the width of the support 5 is advantageously between 45 and 55 mm, while its thickness is between 4 and 15 mm.
  • the carrier described forms with the on the belt board 2 'of the lower flange 2 supports 5 a prefabricated assembly unit.
  • the belt board 2 'of the lower belt 2 projects beyond the last belt board 1' of the upper belt 1 at each end of the beam by half the upper belt board length.
  • Two carriers are, as also shown in Fig. 2, connected to each other so that they are placed butt abutting against each other on the sub-floor during assembly at the construction site with their lower chord boards and then the missing upper chord board 1 'is inserted and fastened to fit.
  • the pre-assembled beams are laid out on the sub-floor in the longitudinal direction of the hall with a distance of approx. 50 to 60 cm from center to center, whereupon the blind floor is fastened to the carrier arrangement in the transverse position.
  • pressure distribution plates for example chipboard, are screwed on, which in turn receive an upper layer.
